Easy to put together within an hour. Make sure to tighten all bolts and screws tightly. Once together was able to quickly turn on and control amount of heat to radiate. I found that the heater was not too hard too put together. The quality of the unit seems to be well-made. All the pieces were in my box to put it together except a phillips screw driver. Give yourself a 30 to 60 minutes for assembly. I just followed along with the video on the page of the unit. I like the wheel assembly as it has made it easy to move around on its rollers. It is 55,000 BTUs and it does give off plenty of heat. The heat is directed in a downward motion because of how the top of the unit is shaped. Like a umbrella top. It keeps us warm and toasty. It is easy for us to operate the unit. It also has a nice eco mode and still puts out plenty of heat. If it is really cold there is a boost mode. Wow on the heat with that setting. I like the igniter, it works very well. It uses a 20 gallon propane tank which is hidden in the base. Easily replaced at even local gas stations. It has plenty of room around the base if we want to set our drinks on it. The color of the heater is very nice, it is bronze in color. It's visually pleasing to look at. I found the height of the unit good. There is not much noise with this heater. It is very quiet compared to my other outdoor heater. I like it has a auto off tip over feature for just incase. It automatically turns off if I tip it over. It also has anti-tip over feet on the bottom of the unit. This is a very tall heater. It is for outside only. Can’t wait till my deck is finished to set up out there. Over all a very nice heater that keeps us warm. I bought this heater to use on my back patio during the winter months, and it’s worked out amazing. My husband and I love hanging out back at night after the kids go to bed, and it makes it so much more enjoyable to relax without dragging a pile of blankets outside. First, it arrived well packaged and free of any visible dings or damage. My husband had it set up in under 15 minutes, and he said the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Once set up, it worked like a dream. It heats up surprisingly fast and we both noticed a good amount of heat projection, which will definitely be nice when we host several people - we won't have any worry about everyone staying warm. I really like how easy it is to get started, too. One touch of the ignition button, and it’s up and running in seconds... so now I can get the back "set up" for me and my husband without having to worry about working with some crazy piece of equipment with complicated settings. Also, it comes with an adjustable knob so you have control over the heat. Importantly, it has tip-over protection and will automatically shut off if the flame goes out. Safety is always a concern because I have two toddlers and a dog, so the added protections help give me peace of mind with them running around. Overall, this heater is a solid investment for anyone who loves spending time outside during the chilly months.     • Works great, and what a bargain!

So, just a heads up, the assembly for this is going to take a little while. Not that there's anything complicated or difficult, there really isn't. It's just that there's quite a bit of it, lol. Once it's all together, it's really nice looking, and absolutely puts out some good heat. It has an ignitor, which is so much better than "Where's the lighter?", and the wheels make it easy to move around. One thing I do want to point out, is that it's not that heavy, so if you're expecting high winds, you might want to bring this inside, lest a gust of wind knock it over. One accessory that's available for this from East Oak is the "sandbox" which goes in the base. It's available right here on Amazon (B0C6TJY9PQ), and I highly recommend adding this accessory if this is going to be used around large groups of people who might bump into it or small children who might run into it playing. You fill it with sand and it adds a LOT of weight to the base of this, making it much more resistant to tipping. For the price (around $40), it's a good item to purchase along with this, if you think you might need it. Overall, this has warmed up my outdoor activities appreciably.
