I have read almost every review requesting customer help. However, I read that right after I made the purchase. What I will say is that I have absolutely no complaints. As a female near 60, I took it upon myself to attempt it myself. I actually completed it in 1 1/2 hr alone. I waited 2 days because of other responsibilities when I started it. The heater worked great on our patio though the winter. I was moving it to another location on the patio and the upper pipe broke at the weld base. Inspection showed a defective weld. I contacted East Oak via email, described the issue, and enclosed a couple of pictures. They immediately responded and told me they were sending out replacement parts. I received the box a few days later. I inspected the welds and they seem to be solid. Everything installed quickly and it is back up and running. I would highly recommend East Oak for their prompt response and desire to stand behind their product. ... show more
