I received this yesterday. It was easy to put together. It doesn't work when you hook up the gas. No gas comes out at the top. What a waste of time and money. Now I have to get with the company to see what they will do. When you spend that kind of money it needs to work

Nothing worked on this heater when we got it but I contacted East Oak and they sent a replacement part. It took awhile but we finally got the part and it works! I'm only giving it 4 stars because nothing worked on it when we first got it. But, it seems great now and I'm eager to try it in cold weather. Also, the customer service was good, and the people are very friendly and helpful. ... show more
