I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of this 3 pan set. They are well made, look great with their mirror finish on the outside. I bought these because I'm tired of eating whatever mystery coatings manufacturers are using in non-stick cookware these days along with the food I prepare in them. I didn't expect too much from such a low cost set of three, but WOW, I really like these pans. And I'm beginning to like glass lids too. These are well made and not a mark on them (yet!) to be seen. Very nice. I'm not too sure about the longer than usual handles so we shall see about that. The handles are riveted on and not welded, which might decide to un-weld itself at some point. The aluminum middle sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel using 18/10 (percentages of chromium and nickel) in the stainless for a superior product. The stainless handles on the lids are a nice touch. Very impressive! With care these should last a very long time. I think here is a 6 and 10 quart stock pot in my future, very soon!

These pans seem to be well made. I like the weight and how well they are finished. The handles have not gotten hot during use. Very pleased!

I like the weight of these sauce pans. There are others for twice the price but check the weight. These pans are pounds heavier than others which cost more than double the price. Choose these pans and you will be amazed. Both the lids and the handles stay cool in boiling conditions.

The lid has a metal handle to lift it on the pot and it gets very HOT, so you don't want to burn your had so I don't recommend this pot eith that lid.
