This mobility scooter is everything that was claimed. I've had a mobility scooter for many years but it had small wheels and it would get stuck off it in my yard. I use my scooter to run around and pick up sticks, and I shoot air rifles and I use it to go and change targets in my backyard. This scooter would be a excellent choice for someone who lived in a urban or suburban area and wanted to travel Safeway and rapidly from place to place. It has a great deal of storage room and I've added a pet carrier for my little dog. I took off the mirrors because they were in the way of me using a grabber to pick up sticks in my yard but I have a small folding mirror at the end of The Handlebar that I have on other scooters . It certainly seems very well made and everything worked properly. I was also very impressed with the shipping container to protect this scooter in Transit, it was thick cardboard and had a steel frame. It has all the features of an automobile in that it has turn signals , a high and low beam for the headlight , and makes noise if someone tries to move it when it's left somewhere locked . None of these features were on my previous mobility scooter .

This was purchased for my mother and she absolutely loves it. It has a decent speed for traveling on road sides which she likes to do is steady and strong enough to go up dirt roads as well as tar roads, goes up quite steep long hills easily without losing power. Has good shocks/springs. I’m especially fond of the way that it has headlights, reflectors, brake lights and turn signals. I can’t say much to the battery life as she just plugs it in after every use of going a few miles.. Overall, she is extremely happy with this mobility scooter.

This is a beautiful machine. Lots of great features similar to what you find in a car. Easy to learn and operate. Having ridden ATVs for years, this was very similar to an ATV to operate. I live in a 55 and older mobile home park and have cruised through the park using mostly 1st gear. It has 3 gears. I have received compliments accompanied by OOh's and Ah's from everyone who sees it. Beautiful candy apple red color. Good suspension going over the speed bumps. Comfortable seat. Arm rests fold up for ease of access to seat. One negative: Suspension is pretty stiff, even with minimum air pressure in tires.

This scooter is amazing! Although it took a while for us to get it and we did have some issues with the shipping company, once we finally got it we have been thoroughly impressed. First off it was crated very well and had zero damages. It was easy to set up and go. If I can say anything negative it would be it might be too fast for my 84 year old dad! 🤣. As long as he keeps it in 1st or 2nd gear he should be golden! We picked this one out for the all terrain aspect as we are taking him to South Dakota for vacation and will be doing a lot of walking around. We thought we had an issue with the battery charging fully and I left a message for the seller via Amazon and not only did I get a quick response from that but also received a phone call back and we were able to troubleshoot the issue and all is good now. The customer service has been outstanding! The scooter is a head turner for sure and my dad just loves it. Worth the money!

This scooter makes others look little. When you take it out it turns heads. We were at an event and if I would have been able to sell this scooter I would have sold out of any inventory I had. People would walk up and ask question and stayed for several minutes in a conversation. This scooter is as good as it gets, it goes in mud, snow, gravel, grass, and on pavement, it goes anywhere we want it to go.

it’s been a while since this purchase. My 94 year-old aunt bought it for her son who had lost a leg. She had fun and road it in the yard for two weeks before finally having it delivered to him. It was the best purchase I ever facilitated. It brought him tremendous independence. The local dollar store allowed him to ride it in the aisles being thinner than a wheelchair. The fact that you can control the speed with the throttle and a switch made it slightly safer for my aunt when she was practicing in the yard. It has now been passed on to a third person in the family with mobility issues. Has a horn, blinkers and two storage compartments.

I purchased this scooter because it resembled a battery operated mini ATV type machine which I was looking for use on my 1 acre place in northern Wisconsin. My walking ability around my yard and wooded trail areas had become very unstable with age and limited me from doing things I always enjoyed outside. This scooter was a life changer in that I can now do the things I enjoy again by driving anywhere on my lot off road where I want to go. I used it all summer and it was a real blast running around with it because it drives like a mini ATV type machine like I was hoping it would be. I haven't used it much on the road to go anywhere other than up and down the road in front of our property but with the headlights, signal lights, and other features I'm sure it would do fine. I plan on using it next year to do a few county trails with my wife using her bike with me.

I have been very happy with this scooter overall. It is powerful, comfortable, and handles different types of terrain very well. In fact, after my first one stopped working, I purchased the exact same model again, which says a lot about how much I like the product itself. After about a year of use, my original scooter developed a problem and could no longer operate. I contacted customer service for assistance. Because of my location, arranging an in-person repair was unfortunately not practical, and the issue could not be resolved. What I really appreciated was that the company stood behind their product and offered me two reasonable solutions: I could purchase a new scooter at about one-third of the original price, or I could receive a partial refund. Since I had already purchased another identical scooter, I chose the partial refund, and I was satisfied with how they handled the situation. No product is perfect, and mechanical issues can happen over time. What matters is how a company responds, and I appreciate that they worked with me to reach a fair resolution. Overall, I would recommend this scooter to anyone looking for a powerful, capable mobility scooter. My decision to buy the same model again reflects my confidence in the product.
