    • Love this vacuum
This vacuum really works well for me. It has great suction, even on carpeting, its light weight makes it easy to move around and even go upstairs if I need it up there. It picks up little scraps of paper really easily and I am surprised at the size of item it will suction up into the chamber. Then when the chamber is full, this vacuum is so easy to empty!! I purchased a knockoff a few about a year ago, thinking I would save some money, it was difficult to empty so I finally broke down and bought the Dyson, the real deal and I am happy that I did. My only complaint is that I wish the charge would last a little bit longer. ... show more

    • Just what I needed
I know the battery doesn’t last too long to clean a whole house but I bought this for in between cleanings and for high spaces. It’s perfect for that. I get a lot of traffic in the main door. I have wood floors and I don’t want to drag out my other sweeper for touch ups. I love this sweeper because it’s lightweight and easy to get to. So after a few days of using this, I love it!! I use it for heavier traffic areas and the steps. The battery has lasted for my needs. I put it on charge as soon as I am done. Haven’t had a problem so far but once again, I’m not using it to sweep my whole house. ... show more

    • Motor Burned Out 6 months After Warranty Expired
The motor unit is very heavy, so the balance is awkward when using. The attachments came with no instructions as to their intended use. But worst of all, the motor unit burned out exactly 6 months after the warranty expired. I do not recommend this product to anyone. Dyson does not stand behind their products. Purchase at the risk of throwing away your money. ... show more

    • Dyson Refurbished Vacuum in Good Condition
this is a great little vacuum. I couldn't make up my mind if I should keep it or not. Since I had already bought and paid for it, I decided to keep the vacuum. I am very happy I made this decision and I'm sure it will be well used over the next few years.

    • Easy to use , quality
I am really impressed with my Dyson stick vac. Works well, the attachments are easily changed , also changes quickly to a hand held . My only wish was that it had a longer charge Working time. Also the nose is low so my dog is not as afraid!

    • Great Vac - Collects amazing amount of pet hair and dirt
We have a small dog that has an outside run ... we use the Dyson every other day an are always amazed at the hair and soil it picks up in the house. Powerful and relatively light - I can run through four rooms in less than ten minutes - and have plenty of battery left over. The "hard" part using the machine was understanding how to open the dust collector. Btw, some complain about battery duration - the machine is a balance of utility - between suction power and machine weight ... was a perfect balance for us. ... show more
