The media could not be loaded. The vacuum came on time. However, upon taking it out of the packaging I found that it was very dirty and has small grass looking particles on it. If it doesn’t work as described I’m returning because this is unacceptable. It cost too much to come like this. Updated to 1 star The vacuum will not pick up anything. The suction is horrible! Then when it does pick up anything, it comes out when I shut it off. This is a complete waste of money. Buyer beware! ... show more

I have had many Dyson vacuums but this is the worst vacuum . It's battery life is short and the suction power is weak. Really disappointed in this vacuum

Works great, lightweight, sucks in many ways. Most importantly, the full charge (overnight) lasts about 5 minutes, so if you have anything bigger than a closet to vacuum, this will die midway and then take HOURS to recharge. Too expensive to throw away, too sad to give away.

Dyson cleaners have the best reviews in market. So i went ahead and got this one as i dont have pets so i needed a simpler one. works amazing, cleans effortlessly, is light. Takes around 30 mins for me to vaccuum entire house.
