    • This vacuum sucks! In a good way
I will say I definitely got lucky on this one. When I received my vacuum I would say that the dust container was pristine so there was really no sign of any usage. As far as the performance of the vacuum disclosure I will be leaving a review on the actual vacuum and not just the renewed. This vacuum sucks, definitely not in a bad way I appreciate the power that this vacuum comes with. It's able to get stuff out of the carpet and off the ground that the other vacuum I used couldn't dream of getting. Granted you get what you pay for and this vacuum is no exception you are paying for the quality of Dyson. Dyson makes this vacuum easy to clean and I don't just mean the dustbin but the attachments as well. The bare floor attachment really stands out with the green light on it that helps reveal any hidden dust that you would never notice. The carpet attachment has more power than you could ever need and truly impressed me. The battery power is also much more impressive than many competitors usually lasting around 45 minutes on just one charge which for a lot of vacuums if you put it on anything besides eco mode tends to burn out in 15 minutes. So while the price of this vacuum is higher it makes up for it with its durability and performance I highly recommend this. ... show more

    • BEST VACUUM EVER
I've been using this for several months and wanted to get some use in before reviewing. Upon arrival, this was packaged as if I had bought it brand new. This is, by far, the BEST vacuum I have ever used! Emptying the canister is also very simple and cleaner than other vacuums I have owned. Charging does take a while, and using turbo mode will drain the battery faster for sure, so I use the medium speed and it's just fine for general cleaning. For messier areas, I will switch to turbo and then back to medium to save battery. I have a 3,000 SF home, and can clean the whole thing in one swoop as long as I don't use turbo the entire time. Also, it's very easy to get way under difficult areas such as beds, tables, etc. without having to detach and add parts to the vacuum. The attachment with the light is the BEST ever. You will find yourself not wanting to stop until you have cleaned it ALL. The light really illuminates the dirt you have! I'm glad I chose to buy a refurbished item in lieu of spending hundreds more. ... show more

    • Great choice!
I ordered the renewed premium version of this. It came with all the extra attachments and looked brand new! I don’t have any issues with the battery so far (yay). It only comes with a 6 month warranty but I knew Dyson had short warranties especially for renewed products. I always wanted a vacuum from Dyson and replaced my Shark for it. It’s definitely an upgrade and I can see every crumb on the floor with the bright green light. I only use this for my vinyl floor but so far it’s been much better at picking up fur and litter compared to my last one. If anything goes wrong before the 6 months I’ll definitely update my review! ... show more

    • Premium doesn’t mean what it used to
Received the vacuum and its appearance was as good as new. I hiked up the charger and waited on it to hit 100%. A couple of hours later we had the green light so I attached the “fluffy roller” with the cool green light and pressed the trigger. And 3 seconds later the excitement was over. It will only run roughly 3 seconds on eco, maybe 1 second on boost, and then it shuts off. And yes I followed the definition of insanity, kept repeating the trigger pull hoping it would be different every time, but nope. I tried everything from swapping attachments to the old google search and the results were the same. So I started the replacement process and I’ll update this after we go for strike number 2, hopefully it’s a home run but we shall see. Renewed? Maybe…..Premium? Nope….. ... show more

    • Great vacuum
Its super quiet, light weight, and the battery life is pretty good even at max power. The green light it has is super helpful. It's worth the money compared to our last cordless vacuum its a night and day difference. Its durable too I've dropped it twice on accident with no issues.

    • Good vacuum, terrible grip.
Vacuum looked practically brand new and unused, but I couldn't even use it because the battery would not charge. I had to contact support about and then wait another week for them to send me a new battery. Once I did get to use it, it works really well for me. I like the various attachments included and having a cordless vacuum makes it more likely I'll get it out to quickly clean up a small mess more often. The worst thing is the grip/handle. It's very uncomfortable. I don't think they did any testing on how someone would actually hold and use it when they designed the grip/handle. ... show more

    • WOW - powerful against pet hair!
I am extremely impressed with this vacuum. I received it and charged it overnight before using it. Then proceeded to vacuum just my living room. I noticed it was sometimes a little harder to push- when it was apparently at high suction. But the end result was well worth it. I had to empty the canister several times for my 12x15 room which had been vacuumed one week ago with my previous vacuum. I got 5.5 ounces (yes, I weighed it because I was so flabbergasted by the volume of dust and cat hair in the trash bag). I didn't even vacuum near the cat's hangouts - this was just the normal walking areas. I love that it tells me how much battery I have left, I love how much better my carpet looks after using this vacuum. ALSO: this was a renewed product and I can confirm that everything I got was immaculately clean and I didn't see any damage at all. 100% recommend. ... show more

    • Refurbished is WAY worth the money you save
Purchased the same refurbished vaccum from a different Amazon link & it came defective. It was sold out when I went to purchase another and I’m so glad I found this one instead! Exactly like getting a brand new one for $500+ at Costco (on sale)! It works fantastic and is a major upgrade from our 8 year old V10. It’s so quiet and literally feels like a carpet rake and vacuum in one. We’ve been disgusted by how much this picks up and we’ve only had it for 3 days!! It even came with a 12m warranty. ... show more
