I love this dyson! So easy to use. It's a little top heavy, but I'm used to it now. I put on low speed for hardwood and medium for my rugs & it does an amazing job. There's always a ton of dirt and hair so you know it's doing its job. I'm able to vacuum my whole house using them 2 speeds & I don't run out of battery power, but if I put on high for long it kills it very quickly. I haven't felt the need to use high because the suction is great on low & medium! Definitely recommend! It sure beats a canister vacuum! I actually look forward to vacuuming now😁

Paying a little more for a "vacuum" usually isn't something I want to do, but in this case, it was well worth the money...and then some. It does what it's advertised to do, and the suction is impressive. The battery life isn't as long as I would like, especially when it's on "Boost," but you're told about the battery life before using. It's not like Dyson tries to hide it. It's light, very efficient, and quiet.

First this is not a cheap vacuum cleaner, it’s portable, light weight and powerful but the quality is the worst! When I having it for few month start having the filter problem, take the filter out clean it, put it back still showing the filter light (I clean it after every use), then the machine keep going on and off, on for few second then stop and push button for another 10 sec or so then stop again! Google every single way to clean it it still the same! Today when I’m in the middle of vacuuming it’s totally dead, machine will not charged anymore! Last about bit more than a year! I never buy a vacuum that expensive, but the quality of this price range is totally ridiculous! I always think Dyson makes good product but they just don’t last! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! Save your money get something cheaper and will last longer!

I bought this vacuum because I have two dogs and a cat that shed a lot of hair. The vacuum does a good job of picking up pet hair from different surfaces, such as hardwood floors, carpets, and furniture. It has a lot of attachments and tools that make it easy to clean different areas. It is also cordless and lightweight, which makes it convenient to use. However, I have some issues with this vacuum. First of all, the battery life is not very long. It only lasts for about 20 minutes on the highest power setting, which is not enough to clean my whole house. I have to recharge it several times to finish the job. Second, the dustbin is quite small and needs to be emptied frequently. It is also messy to empty, as the dust and hair tend to stick to the inside of the bin. Third, the vacuum does not feel very sturdy. Some parts of it are made of cheap plastic that can break easily. I have already replaced the wand and the filter because they cracked. Overall, I think this vacuum is good for pet owners who need a powerful and versatile vacuum, but it is not very durable or reliable. It is also quite expensive for what it offers. I would recommend looking for other options before buying this one. Ended up returning it and got V15 instead, Dyson is a trusted brand!

This is the 3rd Dyson used over as many decades (and models). My wife swears by them. We've given the old ones to friends and family (they're is going strong). Recommend. What I'm really impressed about is the packaging. Inside the Dyson outer box there very substantial cardboard individual 'boxes' for every attachment and part. I think it could be dropped from a 10 story building and survive intact. This Dyson box was inside the normal Amazon shipping box (big). All card board! No plastic

I finally pulled the trigger on this sucker. Literally and figuratively. I’d been eyeballing it for about 9 months after using a friends. It is everything I hoped it would be. We have a dog that sheds like it’s his job and 3 kittens that are equally as hairy. I was a bit concerned that being cordless would mean sacrificing a bit of suction. Nope. It’s as sucky as they come, if not suckier. It gets all the hair and dirt! I had purchased another brand (corded) vacuum less than a year ago and had nothing but problems with it. I used it right before opening the Dyson (which I have named Mike Tyson the Dyson by the way), then used the Dyson right afterwards… it was AMAZING how much stuff the old vacuum missed that I didn’t even realize. Our house is mostly hardwoods with some low pile carpeting and it works equally well on both. Another concern I had was the 40 minute run time. Would it be enough time for a full vacuum of my (2000+sq/ft) house? It is. A big part of the reason for that is because it’s SO easy to pull this thing off it’s charger and spot vacuum, I do it far more frequently. No more animal hair tumble weeds that magically appear overnight. The coolest feature is how all of the pieces snap in effortlessly. You can make it long or short and put different attachments on either. I can finally reach my porch ceiling without a chair or ladder! Also, if you need to bring it somewhere away from your house, you can detach it and still bring the cord if you need to charge it without using the docking station. This is obviously not an inexpensive buy, but in my opinion, it’s worth the money. I was sick of buying mediocre ones every couple of years. This comes with a 2 year warranty and lifetime assistance. I kept my eye on it and once the price went down to $399, I bought it. I’ve managed to talk 2 other friends into buying one since I bought mine 8 weeks ago and they are both equally as happy.
