I bought this vacuum after having several that did not do the job. We have two large dogs - one a golden retriever - and this vacuum is perfect on hardwood floors and on rugs. Easy to maneuver and I can carry it upstairs easily. The performance was worth the price.

This is my 3rd Dyson of this model. They are so amazing that my adult children stole my other two. My son borrowed one and it never came back. I purchased my 2nd and my daughter used it and raved about it so I told her to keep it. This particular model does it all. The suction is amazing and you can vacuum various floor surfaces because you can turn off the roller brush for hardwood floors. It rolls easily and turns great around furniture and corners. The handle hose can be used for cobwebs and tight crevices. I do my stairs with this too. It is much better than the stick type vacuums. My floors look great. This is a must have for any home. It is easy to unclog if you suck something in it that you weren’t supposed to. It comes apart easily and is easy to put back together.

I bought this for our daughter. She says that it cleans so much better than her previous vacuum. It has a wider area of cleaning so that is a plus. The suction is so strong that it did pull some threads out of a throw rug, but for her carpets and hardwood flooring, it seems to be excellent. We were all thrilled with how fast it was delivered because her previous vacuum had stopped working.

Haven’t had it long but it does a great job. Only thing I’m having trouble is figuring out how to remove the canister to empty it. It’s difficult to do.

Bought this in November 2022. Motor failed in May 2025. Probably used it twice a month. It's non-repairable, since you can't get replacement motors for this model. With a two-year warranty, I'm out $300. This is the second Dyson I had that didn't last three years. Quality has gone downhill. I'm done with the brand.

I was already a fan of the Dyson vacuum & when it was time for a new vacuum I knew it had to be another Dyson. It arrived more quickly than I expected, in perfect condition, & works like a charm (as I expected) Strong suction & easy to handle.
