I’ve always wanted to see how the Dyson products worked. Let me tell you I have two cats with Berber carpet. It looked clean with my old Walmart vacuum. Once I used the Dyson I could not believe what it picked up I could have made a third cat just from the hair. I have had Rainbow vacuums in the past which are amazing. I bought this vacuum for my cleaning service and I like it pretty well the only thing that I’m not crazy about is the attachment hose it is not super flexible so it’s really awkward if you’re trying to use it it pulls the vacuum over so I ordered another small handheld vacuum for the taller areas like blinds and cobwebs ... show more

Does its job. Nice long power cord. Don't like the way it teters when you stand it up after using. I will trade to a different one when I get the chance. Its always falling over. Love the results hate the design.

had the dc40 before and this one beats that. The dc40 still works fine ((12) years but I broke the bin latch and didn't want to go through the process of finding a new part so I use it as a back up. You can't go wrong with the new dyson ball2 or any dyson!!

Good power suction, expensive but seems worth it, to me because of the suction compared to other vac I've had. Bulky and heavy to carry up stairs. Attached hose works well on stairs and hard to reach places.

This product does work very well and has great suction but is extremely heavy for me. Will be fine for any cleaning I need to do on the main level of my home but I will not be able to use it on my staircase as it is too heavy for me to lift up and down the stairs.

This sweeper is garbage. Doesn't adjust to higher carpet. Already broke in a little over a year from purchase. The attachments are also garbage. The absolute worst. Since the first day I got it I couldn't get it to click back into place upright without banging it in. I called about the fact that you can't adjust to higher pile and they sent me a new roller! That did nothing. Save your money for a better brand!!!! If I could rate this with no stars I would have but it wouldn't let me submit without something. ... show more
