See headline. Only item you should get prior to assembly: bag of sand from Home Depot or similar venue. The base will be weighted with sand. Pour in and keep packing with fingers/something until full. Assembly directions were spot on. Just follow them, exactly as written. Written by a native english speaker. 1 person assembly. All hardware was included, including the only tool needed for assembly (double ended wrench). I did use a socket set for most of the nut tightening. I used the main box for one work area and for leaning the heater against to attach the reflector. Ignited on the first and subsequent uses. Some reviewers complained about accessing the tank, nah........the housing rotates and exposes the regulator to turn on or off at the tank. To switch out the tank lift the housing and rest the edge inside one of the vertical support braces securing nut. The wheel assembly seems very sturdy. I assembled in garage and wheeled it across the lawn to the patio. No apparent stress to the wheels or its bracket attachment. IMPORTANT: FOLLOW THE LABELED DIRECTIONS WHENEVER ATTACHING THE TANK, YOU MUST PURGE THE HOSE OF AIR. JUST PUSH IN AND ROTATE THE CONTROL KNOB TO THE PILOT ICON AND HOLD FOR UP TO 2 MINUTES. The issue with the devise is it is so challenging to light. The button gets stuck, and takes sometimes 5-10 minutes to light. If you have patience, it is a great heating source. It should be MUCH easier to light.

i've had for about a month and working well so far. better than another brand i had. takes about 1 1/2 hrs to assemble for me. My handier son could probably due in less time. not difficult but lots of parts and less than great instructions

Unfortunately this heater did not work at all. We were refunded but it was disappointing after putting it together. We also had to dispose of it.

For the price this work very well. Easy to assemble and the instruction was good. The only negative is that the heat adjustment is not the as precise so you can't control the range of heat output that much.

The igniter broke after 1 year. I paid for the additional warranty since these things don’t usually last more than 2 years, but now after 1 year the process to return is complicated.

The heater worked one time and now does not work at all. The gas will not flow at all. It is not the tank, but the heater. Time for return has expired. Waiting for product support to hear back. Hopefully it can be fixed, if not $$$s wasted.
