Just purchased this printer a few days ago. I received it 4 days early. The product came in crate well packed. It was very easy to setup, only problem I had was the printer driver was missing from the software thumb drive. I contacted support and they ensured I was up and running. The engineer Jeremy was very professional and courteous, we were printing in no time. I printed my first artwork with the new printer... Wow! The colors were so bright and in fine detail. 🙂 Very happy with my choice. Outstanding DXZ team!
