So what do I think.... Well, I'm sitting in this thing as I type this... It's low end sauna average. Very low end I may add. Don't buy this thinking you will get LA Fitness quality. I bought this because of COVID and attempting to qurantine myself from catching the virus plus also to cancel my gym membership. When I started my research, I noticed EMF EMF EMF. What being said, I knew I wanted the best travel sauna I could buy with low EMF so I went with this. I'm happy for that. The set up was easy and straightforward because it was basically already put to gather. I'm happy with that also. After playing with the controls, (read the instructions) the heat came on. Eeeh... It's definitely not the hottest sauna I have ever sat in. I guess I shouldn't have expected that for what I paid for it but still... I wish it got hotter. The heating element seem to be more around the top of the box so when you do start to sweat, your upper body will sweat first. I have been sitting in here for almost 30 minutes now and my legs are still cold. My upper body is getting a good sweat now so it DOES WORK, just wish it got a but more hotter. The chair position is not the best based where the hole for your head is. Meaning there is about 3 inches from the back of the box to where the back of your neck would be. This causes you to scoot the chair forward just to get in proper position for your head placement. Good thing I'm not very tall because right now, my knees are hitting the front of the box. Overall, it works. Am I happy with my purchase?!? Well I'm not returning it because it's doing more than what I had before which was nothing. Am I happy for the price that I paid? Eeeh. I'm more glad that I was in the position to purchase what I wanted at the time however its not totally what I was expecting BUT... it does work! Thats all I ask for. ... show more

My intention buying this was to use the portable aspect to take it up and down as needed, but it’s not super sturdy so I’m going to clear a space in my closet to keep it always up and away from our pets. It gets warm - not hot but warm. I choose to sit enclosed in it. I’m only 5’4” with a short torso and the only place I can sit with my back fully straight is under the head hole. From other reviews I thought there would be more room My husband has nerve pain in his hip and needs to sit with his leg at a slightly expanded angle. Another inch or two would make this much easier on him. All in all a good product - a stop gap until you can save up to get a nice permanent one built. ... show more

I am loving my durasage personal sauna. It heats up quickly within 10 mins. For reference, I am 6 feet tall and do find that it’s just a tad small for me. I am also looking for a different chair for it as the one provided doesn’t offer much back support.

I bought this after extensive research on portable infrared saunas. Essentially, i bought this because it was not a microwave. I am very happy with my purchase and get a ton of regular use out of it. It WORKS, i sweat buckets and feel good/relieved whenever I use it. The only thing is, this is very very uncomfortable for a tall person, I'm 5'9. The chair it comes with it useless to me. I had to go out and find a tiny wooden chair from a thrift store so my spine actually felt supported and the back of the neck hole wasn't digging into my cervical spine. This thing is not remotely as comfortable as it would be to just go sit with your back against the wall in a traditional or larger sauna. However, I do quite enjoy going all the way inside and sitting on a pile of towels cross legged. I find that really quiets the mind. Pretty much the only reason I'm not in this on a daily basis is because I wish there was some kind of neck support when you're using a chair in there. But that's just me. ... show more

I love what this sauna does for me. I deal with rosacea on my face. I read up on the benefits of infrared heat for improvement of skin health and gut health. I am also amazed at how well I sleep and the reduced joint pain I experience now. I use it at least every other night for about 45 minutes and am very happy I got this for myself. With more specific description of the product, could be avoided extra headache and time to return and re-order processes. I received and returned 1st sauna because I was thinking it had manufacture defect with missing part or previously has been used/broken/returned by someone else and then re-sold to me. The part I’m talking about: on the right side there is a pole in natural color attached with top and bottom blue clips, I believe to hold and support sauna from bending down on that side, however on the left side there wasn’t a pole nor bottom clip, it had only top clip, and that’s why I had an impression that sauna was defective / damaged. I re-ordered 2nd one before even 1st sauna got back to the seller, but the second one I received in exactly same condition! Is that how it should be? Why there is top clip on the left side at all if the pole wasn't designed to go on that side? Very confusing and doesn't make sense. ... show more
