It can be dressed up or down. The length is great even for taller girls, not too short. The size chart is accurate. It fits true to size and as pictured.

The fit, styling, and details of this dress are outstanding. The dress runs true to size and the fabric is thick enough to hide any flaws while having enough stretch to hug your curves. It was also lightweight enough to wear outdoors for several hours on an 82-degree day. The buttons are high quality and were sewn on so that they sit properly. I was asked several times if it was a designer piece which means I'll be ordering other colors even if I have to put this in a mesh bag and wash in the delicate cycle!
