Easy to assemble it made me nervous from other reviews. I used my own lawn chair that is same fabric inside it. I'm a big girl 280 pounds so I wasnt going to risk the small chair. Add a towel on the chair and have it go over the edge to block ur legs. It gets very hot. I wore a sweat suit and boy did I sweat. Only do 30min. It gets your heart pounding. So far I love it. And I hope it lasts long. If anything if the pump breaks I'll just buy another it's that much worth it. (Edit update): Today I was curious, I weighed myself before and after because I do fluctuate with weight I'm at that point of weight loss, in 45min it shaved off 4 pounds. I knew it promoted weight loss but I'm baffled by this.

The sauna was easy to set up! I had to use this while tracking for work and it fit conveniently in one of the carry roll away luggage. The steam that this portable sauna produces is amazing!!! And it gets really hot, so be careful with the tube where the steam comes out from. The only reason I gave this a 3 stars is because the bag that comes in where you put the actual sauna broke on my first time placing it back, it wasn’t the best material and cheaply made. However, the actual sauna tent and device are great!!

I love my little sweat pod. The steam is super hot and literally in minutes you are sweating. Would suggest to keep a water bottle nearby and possibly using a folding chair on the inside instead of the chair provided. I need more support and the chair given doesn’t provide that but overall gets the job done!!!

This steam sauna is super easy to assemble, as in it literally pops in to place. It gets nice, warm, and steamy. I have no complaints at this time. I use it for about 10-20 minutes after my morning workout. I absolutely love it!
