First I want to say I don’t usually write reviews but I had to on this one. I would like to give the consumer service an A+. They kept in communication with me for every question and even tried to fix a problem I later discovered was my own negligence. The excavator came early which was a surprise to me. A good one. The mini excavator lime on other reviews does have a learning curve since the controls are “jumpy”. I never experienced heat coming from engine compartment like I read in other reviews however I did add some universal radiator fans just to disperse the heat in order to protect the motor. I use mine with an auger drill attachment and that thing is awesome. Cut the time to drill post hold down by a lot. Saved my back as well. It does dig very well for its size. I still have a lot more digging to do and only have 8 hours on it right now. I guess I can update this if I have any issues but I don’t think I will. I work in construction and work with bigger equipment and I’d say this thing is fun to operate. I was a little skeptical since I got scammed from another site through Facebook. The communication helped me feel better. Over all I recommend this product and company.

The media could not be loaded. I’m very happy with my MMS mini excavator. It works great and has been perfect for projects around my property. MMS was excellent to work with and communication was clear the entire time. The price is very reasonable and transparent—what you pay is exactly what you get, with no hidden fees.
