Easy to assemble it made me nervous from other reviews. I used my own lawn chair that is same fabric inside it. I'm a big girl 280 pounds so I wasnt going to risk the small chair. Add a towel on the chair and have it go over the edge to block ur legs. It gets very hot. I wore a sweat suit and boy did I sweat. Only do 30min. It gets your heart pounding. So far I love it. And I hope it lasts long. If anything if the pump breaks I'll just buy another it's that much worth it. (Edit update): Today I was curious, I weighed myself before and after because I do fluctuate with weight I'm at that point of weight loss, in 45min it shaved off 4 pounds. I knew it promoted weight loss but I'm baffled by this.

I love my little sweat pod. The steam is super hot and literally in minutes you are sweating. Would suggest to keep a water bottle nearby and possibly using a folding chair on the inside instead of the chair provided. I need more support and the chair given doesn’t provide that but overall gets the job done!!!

I love my mini sauna! After I work out on the treadmill I sit in the mini sauna for 20-30mins and it relaxes my body/muscles. If you have bad period cramps etc this will definitely help you feel better also! I am so happy I decided to make this purchase. Perfect way to detox :)

Mine broke soon after use BUT I can't give it a one star. I'm going to re order it when my refund hits the account. I love love loveeeeeeed this!!!! My favorite gaget in the house right now. It does EXACTLY what a sauna does but I'm in a full blown sweat quicker. I added essential oils and it was sooooo relaxing. My kids tried it also and liked it

This steam sauna is super easy to assemble, as in it literally pops in to place. It gets nice, warm, and steamy. I have no complaints at this time. I use it for about 10-20 minutes after my morning workout. I absolutely love it!
