I started strength training earlier this year as a complete novice. I didn't want to spend tons of money so I bought these which are a great value and have made my strength training exercise routine easy to do in the comfort of my home office. There are a number of bands of different resistance to mix up the kinds of strength training one can do. There is no excessive smell and they seem very good quality based upon my use of them for the past 7 months. I also appreciate the color variety so that I automatically know which band to use for different exercises now without thinking about it.

I use these for all kinds of resistance training, including pull up/chin up assistance. Full disclosure, I suck at pull ups. I can get a handful without assistance, but I fade quickly and rarely feel like I get much accomplished on my own. I need more reps to really engage the right muscle groups, so I keep these bands handy for exactly that. I wrap one end around the bar and loop the other end under my foot to help take some of the load off and add a few more reps. The bands stretch fully across my 6’3” frame and support my 205lb mass without any indication that it could fail. These resistance bands get the job done!

Great resistant bands and I got um on sale. The larger band feels like it is more than 50lbs and good when yoi get stronger. They seems sturdy and I see how they hold up.

When your physical therapist says to get some bands and start doing exercises to solve certain problems... you do and these were great. The purple and green ones are borderline unusable because they're so strong... but the others are great.
