The heater works well and I found it easy to set up on the tank. If you don't get it straight it won't lite as it has a balance system in it incase it gets tipped over it shuts off. Thats nice for safety reasons. The only thing I don't like is that one of them has the hole where the middle of the tank would be and not on the side like the other one has. Keeps us warm and even people who sat near us. Price was great and overall a great product. When hit with a soccer ball immediately turned off but after a couple seconds my husband was able to turn it back on.

It dos put off lots of heat. The trouble is that the majority of the heat flows straight up, rather than projecting outward from the round burning surface. Yes, you can boil water on the top in minutes. But you won’t be warmed by the “radiant” heat effect because it dos t radiate beyond 12” from the unit. You’re better off buying a burner that has a single round burner that actually radiates heat in the direction of the burner face. AND… This product is not eligible for returns, so I’ll be heating my shop ceiling rather than the people who work inside. ... show more
