I quite literally nearly furnished my entire house with this company’s fantastic furniture!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about it all. This chair is beautiful, soft, comfortable, and everything I could’ve imagined! It is so glam-fabulous and I am obsessed with the rose gold on top of it all! All of their furniture comes packed SO efficiently and they make it incredibly simple to put together… I cannot recommend their furniture highly enough!! PLUS, their customer service is wonderful. I had a small issue with another purchase that they apologized for and immediately corrected. The ONLY thing that I can say is a SLIGHT negative for most of their chairs is that the fabric on the arms do not stay in place. To be honest, it bothered my boyfriend significantly more than it bothered me; however, I got self adhesive Velcro strips/dots and affixed one side to the fabric (I used hot glue to make sure it properly stays) and then place the fabric where I wanted it on the arm of the chair. No longer an issue!! :) LOVE this chair. LOVE all other chairs, stools, benches, etc from this company!! Don’t question purchasing from them; just go for it!!

Only took 20 minutes to put together. Instructions very easy. I ordered the Pink Rose Gold Chair. Omg so beautiful and color is true to online pictures. Definitely rose gold (pink) and giving sophisticated vibes!! I will say the arm pieces were not directly centered to the holes but if you put a little muscle behind it then you will be able to match up the holes so you can put in the screws. Really wasnt that big of a deal like another customer mentioned so don't let that prevent you from purchasing. I am beyond pleased!!!

These are the perfect chairs for my home office. The grey velvet-ish fabric is soft, the rhinestones are fun, and the gold metal matches my decor. They arrived faster than scheduled and were safely packaged. They were easy to put together except for the arm holes. As another reviewer mentioned they don’t line up well and we had to use a mallet to get them in. One broke which is a bummer (pictured). I may reach out to customer service to see if they can be replaced. Overall, they’re great chairs that go up and down by lever and they swivel around which is nice. They are not padded but I find them comfortable for the amount of time I sit in them. I also put our old office chair next to them for size reference.

Well the arm of the chair arrived damaged along with several of the small covers for the bolts of the chair, it was exceptional quality and look just like depicted. Super easy to assemble but their customer support was completely nonresponsive when I requested a new arm to replace the damaged one. I have never heard from them cents… Even though they say that they have a quick 1 to 2 day turnaround time, this simply is not true! So if any of the product is damaged, you’re on your own and I wouldn’t recommend you waste your time reaching out to customers support because that is not an option with this company. I ended up having to try to fix the arm to my chair alone and just dealt with the chipped covers because the amount of work trying to get a response just wasn’t worth it. If I were you I would buy the chair from another seller. Perhaps one that stands behind their product and actually provides customer service.

This product is well worth the money! It is easy to assemble & easy to adjust, it is comfortable, the material is super soft velvet, the color (rose gold) is gorgeous also! This chair is a bit on the pricey side, but well worth the money! I highly recommend this product!

The packaging was decent and protracted. The instructions for assembly were fairly easy and didn’t take much time to put together at all. I didn’t need any special equipment and I appreciated that every nut and bolt was separated and labeled. The chair is so pretty and goes extremely well with my office colors.
