Came on time, vacuum sealed, unpacked according to instructions and it plumped out nicely. Perfect size for our queen bed frame. Design looks great. I bought a 14 inch box mattress that i hated because when i woke up i had sunk to the center of the bed. It was literally like sleeping on an air mattress. So i decided to try a 12 inch mattress instead and one with Firm Foam incorporated. I am so glad i found this one. While it seemed a bit firm the first month of sleeping on it it has softened a bit and it the perfect firmness. I suffer from really bad lower back pain because i have been a stomach sleeper my entire life and needed a mattress firm enough it wouldn’t cause my lower back to arch more and one i could also sleep on the side and it wouldn’t be like sleeping on concrete it would still mold to my body a little. I’m glad to say this mattress as helped my back pain immensely and i wake up genuinely refreshed and well rested. It has great quality and was a great buy for the price. I don’t think it had cooling gel in it but somehow is still able to be extremely breathable underneath me when i sleep. i’ve had previous problems with foam mattress keeping me too hot at night and this one does not do that. Love the warranty as well and the 120 night trial since i was a bit skeptical about this mattress but ended up loving it. I was also able to set it up completely alone in my apartment i love that i came all boxed up.

Overall, this bed far exceeded my expectations. It comes in a smaller box than I was anticipating, but once put together, it is very solid. Instructions were easy to follow, and all required parts were easily identified. I will be recommending this bed to others.

I bought one of these mattresses for our guest room. After unrolling and letting it expand I was pretty impressed with it's size. It's comfortable, and fit our platform bed perfectly. My daughter and her husband came to stay and they both felt it was a comfortable mattress. For the price it's hard to beat! It was so nice we bought a second one for our other guest room!!

It’s suppose to be a firm bed, however whenever I get on and apply pressure via my hand or knee I sink all the way in and feel my bed frame. I got the 10in. I would consider a taller one now. Too much of a hassle to return or exchange so I’ll suffer through it. Have it some starts because it looks nice. Update: sinks in wayyyyy too much. And it claims to be extra firm, no it’s not.

Got the mattress back in June 2023…unbox and unbag the mattress for 12 hours, the mattress didn’t resume it shape as perfect as it should, however that is fine. Had the mattress for over 6 months now, but still not getting a good night sleep, still waking up with aches depending on how I sleep, I’m not sure if it really had memory foam. Anywho, if you are looking for a decent mattress, don’t waste your time on a 10inch queen size. This mattress is good for people who is light and petite, as well as good for single person to sleep on.
