The only issue is that the massage setting is very loud and rather rough. Otherwise, the chair overall is what was needed for my mom's comfort and mobility. The heat is a definite plus! Size fit well in the room, and wasn't too bulky, also comfortable. Wish it could sit up more without the seat lifting up so much, but not a super big deal. This was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in , it was so hard and did not fit my body. I could not let my invalid husband use it. And when I sent it back it cost me $269 to ship back. So disappointed. Never again!

I purchased the large size and it fits my 5'4" frame at 230 lbs. I am comfortable in the seat and can stretch my legs to their full length. The chair arrived right away. The two motors makes it easy to put the back forwards or backwards separately from the up and down mechanism.
