Used these inside a new pair of OC sneakers I purchased. They provided additional comfort. The top of the insoles is actually textured, so your socks don't slip around on them. Arch support is good for medium arches. Walked close to five miles a day in Italy, and they were great. I recommend.

These came fairly quickly. I purchased them for my mother who broke her foot and is in a boot so this adds the extra height needed to keep her feet level and she seems to really like it as it's very comfortable. The only complaint is it slips in her shoe. But these are sandals you probably wouldn't have that issue in a pair of tennis shoes or otherwise hiking boots Etc

These Enhanced Cruvheal Neutral Arch Support Insoles fit fine in my husband's boots. He did not end up needing to cut them down at all. They seem a bit thin though and not really as cushioned as I was expecting them to be. He wore them and they were okay but nothing particularly special. Ultimately, he concluded that he would prefer something with more arch support and more cushion.
