It looks really nice. Was very easy to put together. I was surprised at how fast it arrived and it was amazingly well packaged. 2 small packages for a fairly large couch was impressive. It is however very uncomfortable. I picked this one specifically because reviews said it was comfortable but It really is not. The Bottom cushions are very very firm and the back support is short hitting me in the middle of the back. I can't sit on it for long periods of time but probably shouldn't be anyway. Starting from beginning; I only received ONE box (2 boxes should have been delivered). From the pieces I received, it is NOT easily assembled; cant get arm of the couch on. In & amongst the pieces that were missing is the 2nd arm, the ottoman, the 2nd piece of the sofa (including its cushion), the legs and the instructions & whatever hardware is involved in construction of said sofa. So basically all I received was partial seat, partial backing, 2 arm cushions & one arm (which doesnt fit into its hardware). I've already paid over $400 for a partial sofa that cant be put together due to missing pieces. And here I was thinking I'd have a nice new sofa in my new apartment... so disappointed. So, over $400 down the toilet. Now I have to go out & buy a sofa elsewhere. What a waste of time & money. ... show more

Bought a black colored couch, it came almost blue. What they don’t tell you is this couch runs super small. They say the size is perfect, if you’re a child. Seats three which is more like two. Cushions come vacuum sealed/packed, as they should coming in a box. It takes forever for them to “air out” and they’re not comfortable at all.
