This was my first time buying a couch online and I was definitely hesitant and looked at several couches before buying this one but I’m glad I did! From the day of placing my order, I got the couch in 4 days, a lot sooner than I thought and I was very happy. There was no issues with delivery and most importantly I did not have any damage, there was a little bit on the actual box but the way the pieces were packaged was thought out and well done. It took about 2 hours with 2 people to build it but this was our first time building something like this so we were a little slower and more cautious. The instructions were very easy to follow and simple. From the moment of unwrapping the cushions they already started to inflate rapidly and even though the couch isn’t broken in yet, it’s still comfortable. This couch in particular is definitely smaller and perfect for an apartment or small space, but not too small either. These pictures were taken right after it was put together, so the cushions have inflated more since this as well! I think it’s also worth mentioning that this couch is more suitable for shorter people and may feel awkward for taller people. Overall I love it and I’m very excited to use it! Update: 10 months later and sadly I do not recommend. If you are planning on using this couch every single day and have kids or animals, do not buy. Just a few months in it started to wear down pretty rapidly and by now you can definitely TELL. I thought after a few months this couch would get more comfortable, but to be honest the couches just made cheaply and it is not a comfy couch to curl up on. This couch pills very badly from just everyday use and basic maintenance. I don’t even let my dog on the couch and you would think I’ve had this couch for years and that animals have been all over it. Only thing it is good for is storage.

1. Couch arrives in 2 boxes a day apart from fedex, you only get the tracking number for the first box. Had to contact seller about the other box. 2. Easy to assemble, I did it by myself in 3 hours but it would help to have a 2nd person. 3. This couch is SMALL! My legs hang off the chaise and I’m 5’7. I have to keep the pull out part pulled out because the couch is too small to sit on without it and I’ll have to invest in an ottoman to place at the end of the chaise. 4. The two pieces (the party with 2 seats and the chaise) are incredibly difficult to connect. They have weird brackets (I included a photo) and you have to lift up either the main part of the chaise and position it just right so the brackets slide into each other. I gave up because I couldn’t get it to connect to save my life so now the two pieces slide away from each other if you sit down on the couch with any force. 5. The part that you pull out to make the couch bigger on the two seater part is held onto the track by a tiny brass screw looking thing on each side and at the end there’s a short metal stopper but if you move or barely touch the couch it falls of the track and will roll away and in order to put it back on the track you have to take the cushion off to lift up and place the little screw over the little plate and it’s just so flawed. It shouldn’t fall off that easily. 6. The back rest of the couch is so short, the pillows are taller than the back and it feels so odd. 7. The back pillows are armrest pillows are so flat, make sure you have pillows to add to it. 8. This couch is aesthetically pleasing and cute but for $515 I expect better quality and not so many design flaws. Looking back on it I would have picked a different couch but now I’m stuck with this. 9. The cushion covers rip very easily on the bottom, if you take them off to wash/clean and try to put them back on it will rip! This cannot be fixed. 10. The wood panels break easily, hence the duct tape

For the price the couch its truly exceptional— my husband and I are very much stuck in an apartment as we have been saving for a house and with the housing market it just isn’t possible. We’ve held onto our shredded Facebook marketplace sectional that was so comfy but so old and hanging on by a thread. I have a dream couch I want to save for when we do the a home, and it looks pretty similar to this one. Putting it together was SO easy. The color and texture is SO pretty and the pull out lounge is SO ridiculously easy to go in and out. What I will say is: the couch is very comfy if the lounge is out, it isn’t super comfy without it. The back is super low which is what I’ve always thought I’ve wanted but the cushions aren’t connected to the back and aren’t as fluffy as they look. A bunch of throw pillows helped tremendously so before getting discouraged throw on some throw pillows and try again. It really changed everything. It’s so comfy laying which is good and bad since I can fall asleep in one minute bcs it’s so comfy and sitting upright isn’t as cozy- but if that’s the biggest complaint we are in great shape and not in debt what more can you ask for? This is the PERFECT couch for a couple or single person (we have 4 cats). They were incredibly attached to our old couch, they used it as their oversized scratching post and wouldn’t get off of it to allow us to get it out of the apartment. It took a few days and now the cats absolutely love it. Now the bad: who ever ships this product needs to get there stuff together delivery wise. Timing it was great, on time per the estimated date and in two packages (1 the first day then the 2nd the next). Both boxes were completely destroyed, open, and ripped? It was so bizarre like someone threw them down a mountain. Shockingly the couch wasn’t damaged and each piece was wrapped so the fabric wasn’t damaged but it was just al strange and we were incredibly nervous that we made a bad choice. Truly in the week we’ve had the couch that’s the only negative thing I have to say and with that being said you truly can’t beat it for the price. If we can get two or three years out of it we will be stoked. Thanks!!!

EDIT after ~2 years: the sofa has moved cross-country with me and is still going strong. updating review to 5⭐️ because it’s actually been so reliable for the price. the boucle(?) fabric is great bc it conceals pilling. there were a few issues with the slats- I had to reinforce some breaks with electrical tape, and most recently the adhesive holding the velcro that held the slats melted off. I gorilla glued it back on and it feels sturdy enough to last another couple of years at least. the L shape makes it so comfy to watch tv on! and it has side pockets to hold the remotes! I love that I can always host visitors in my little 1bd apt! and people are always gagged by how cheap the sofa was! PS my mom said to tuck the loops away to make it look less cheap 😅 ————- I’ve had this sofa for just over a year and it’s all kinds of falling apart: multiple slats broken, halves coming unlatched, fabric pilling and discoloration, pull-out mechanism getting stuck. having said that, it’s been perfect for my home: small space, frequent house guests, not here permanently so not wanting to commit to a bigger investment. it feels cheap to sit on but at least the L shape means you can spread out. and if you cover in cushions/blankets you don’t notice the fabric so much. I’ve been debating whether to replace it but I’m gonna try just replacing the slats- for the price and ease of setup it’s been perfectly fine.

This couch is great for a smaller frame people or you can leave it just pulled out all the time which is what we do. but the pieces come apart super easy and it's constantly sliding around and detaching leaving gaps and it's very difficult because the pieces of back of the couch just pull right off too easily & the side arm pieces too, if you try to move it so it just kind of feels like it's not sturdy or quality. It's really frustrating when you're sitting on the couch in the part that pulls out just slides back and forth. My daughter got stuck in between there one time and it was not very fun. I tried to move the couch myself so that I could vacuum the rug that I put underneath it and two of the pieces came off super easy and I couldn't get them back on until I found help so annoying. The material is really comfortable but the thickness or fluffiness of the cushioning is seriously lacking and it's definitely not as fluffy as it looks in the pictures. In fact it's hard wood so you really have to make sure you keep those pillows in place because it hurts when you hit your head on it. I tried velcro tape to get the sections to stay together and that worked for a little bit but it came off. The wooden slats break super easy they're so thin they're like wood kindling. We ended up having to put a heavy piece of plywood in the bottom section that pulls out because the slots just kept breaking. It's very small. When it's pulled out it is really nice and we just kind of left it like that for the most part I put a queen thick memory foam mattress on it so it's more like a daybed and that makes it really super comfy it just takes up a lot of space in our apartment to have it out like that all the time but it's honestly the best way to go with this couch and if I had a place to store thr full /Queen memory foam mattress to where it was more convenient to pull it off for space adjustment on a regular basis it would be a lot easier but I guess if you just got one of the thinner memory foam mattress toppers might be able to roll it up. the storage areas underneath the long piece is so nice! It pops open with ease it almost has like shocks or something on it and there's so much space in there we keep all of our extra blankets and pillowcases and stuff in there! It's not a heavy piece of furniture so I definitely recommend if you have hardwood floors to put a rug underneath it cuz it'll slide all over the place at every little movement. The back doesn't sit very high either so if you're a tall person, it might not be for you. I feel like this should be advertised as a "mini" sectional/ with full size transition to bed option and honestly if it didn't have that option with the storage I would have returned it. Realisticly feeling that a more appropriate price point would be around $250. I paid $400 plus $100 shipping &,it was late, and then half of it didn't come so I had to contact customer support and then next day it showed up. I do have to say though, 2 years later we still have it and it's annoying as heck still but it's held up really well on the material part and it's really easy to clean. I would recommend it to anybody who has a small space or kids because it's really low to the ground as long as you're careful about the metal underneath and keeping the pillows in place so the kids don't bonk their heads. and the assembly was pretty difficult and every time we have to put the sections back together where the metal brackets slide into place it takes two people because of the placement is just so bizarre. If you're looking for more of a daybed big comfy couch with a mattress topper on there, full-time.. that's where I feel it's best. Very loungy and comfy with some soft fuzzy blankets on there and a bunch of soft pillows.

I was a bit cautious about this purchase because I typically don't buy anything on Amazon with sub-4 star ratings, but I took a chance on this couch and I'm glad I did. It shipped promptly and arrived in two large boxes - you'll definitely need two people to move the boxes and assemble this couch, but assembly was fairly straightforward. It took my friend and I a little more than an hour to get it fully put together. The cushions come flat in vacuum-sealed bags - I kept them in their packaging until it was time to put everything together, and they took about a day to fully fluff up. Note that the back cushions and armrest pillows are not exceptionally fluffy, as other reviewers have noted, but they definitely do the job and you could easily add throw pillows for extra comfort. I've had this couch set up for about a week now, and I mostly keep it in sleeper bed mode because it's so cozy. I have a pretty small apartment, and I love that I can host movie nights or have a friend stay the night if needed. It also works well as extra seating. The sleeper mode does not go all the way flat as pictured - you still have the backrest that stays upright - but seeing as I've fallen asleep on this couch multiple times, I don't think that will be an issue with overnight guests. The storage chaise is a huge plus for storing extra blankets or bedding too. The boucle fabric is very soft and looks amazing, but I will note that if you have pets, it's easy for them to snag their nails on. Just something to keep in mind! Overall would definitely recommend this couch, especially for those on a budget since this is so much more affordable than other similar styles I found.

We got rid of our older sofa for this one. We likes the chaise and ability to pull out to a bed/extra stretch room for legs. At first, I was at least satisfied with it. Had good seating and lots of storage space for blankets. After having it for a few months, however, I'm starting to wish we didn't get rid of our old sofa. First complaint, the cushions are hard and stiff. Not that thick so it's not exactly a sofa you can fall into. Next, the cushions have no security to the base. The slightest movement, all the cushions will shift, the back cushions also. Next, the slates underneath aren't super secure either. Everyday I have to reposition the slates so the cushion doesn't sink into the storage ares while you're sitting. Last, the backs are super low. Sitting up straight, it hits me just below my shoulders. Whenever I lean back a little too much, I feel like the backing will break from the base. We got the two-chaise model, not quite sure it's worth the price we paid, maybe half that price. Our older, cheaper couch was much more comfortable, and not as expensive, looking to replace this one in the future.

I just moved into my own place and wanted a functional couch that also had the pop up bed option. I went to RoomsToGo and priced out some sectional options but they were easily $1500-$2500 and just not in a position to spend that much just yet! A told me about a couch that they bought off of Amazon, it was a different brand but similar to what I was looking for. So then I started doing some more digging and found this couch! I was hesitant because so much of the reviews were either really great or not great at all… But then I saw that it was on sale and there was an extra $160 off so I said OK why not. shipping was much faster than I anticipated! I bought it and it was at my door within two days. It did come in three separate packages and the boxes are large! I should’ve included photos of it, but I forgot the third piece arrived the next day so one box was the Chase lounge. The second box was the middle portion and then the third box that came in was the second chaise lounge. Which made me nervous because I thought that I was shipped the wrong couch. It was pretty easy to put together by myself. Definitely was a lot faster when I pulled out my own tool and added the Allen wrench head as well as the screwdriver so overall pretty easy it took about two hours to do it by myself. It is very soft and the cushions and everything fluffed up as good as I would expect. The throw pillows though are incredibly skinny so I will probably end up getting some stuffing or something from Michael’s to fluff them up more so that there’s more cushion. The pop-up bad feature is very nice! I only have a one bedroom so whenever I have my nephews come visit I wanted to make sure I had somewhere for them to sleep and this is a great option. I didn’t have any issues with broken pieces or missing pieces and again shipping was very fast. Hopefully this review is helpful for someone! Especially as someone who relies heavily on reviews before buying something. It was definitely much worth it than spending more money at a big store! if anything changes within the next few months or so, I’ll definitely post an update but as of right now, I’m definitely loving it!
