I have had this machine for a little over a month and it is magnificent!!! I did have some issues getting it up and tunning but I just reached out to the customer service. Now, for the US customers, there is a time difference between us and them. Man THEY, are they top-notch! I haven't had customer service from anybody like this In a very long time. They got me up and running and even checked in on two different occasions to make sure everything is still going fine with the machine. Maintenance that is automatically built into this machine couldn't ask for more. A few clicks here and there and you're done. My only regret is that I didn't buy this machine before I bought anything else. If you're looking to buy a machine to get started with DFT this is the one for you.

The machine has been a blessing, prints are amazing, customer service is exceptional and setup was guided and intact they did all the software for me. I highly recommend this unit for those looking to get into DTF printing
