The media could not be loaded. Pretty simple to put together, comes with easy-to-follow instructions and everything you need. It comes with a great warranty too. There are multiple different functions and settings to fit your workout needs. We personally use it on 5 with the setting to track distance and it gives me the resistance that I need. It’s fairly large and VERY heavy, so make sure when you put it together, you are ready for it to basically stay where it is. The foot pedals glide smoothly, as do the arms. This adds a great routine to any workout! The material is sturdy and durable, great quality.
