    • Finally a robot vacuum that handles the tricky areas of my house
Set name: X60MaxUC-Black
I’ve owned a few robot vacuums, and the biggest frustration has always been finding them stuck somewhere or discovering that they skipped the edges of rooms. The Dreame X60 Max Ultra Complete has been noticeably better in both areas. It navigates confidently, and the ability to cross taller thresholds has been especially helpful between rooms. The low-profile design is another feature I didn’t realize I would appreciate so much. It fits underneath our sofa and other furniture where I normally have to use a handheld vacuum. The 35,000Pa suction is also impressive. It picks up pet hair, fine dust, and larger crumbs without needing multiple passes, and the brush design hasn't required much attention for tangled hair. I’m also genuinely impressed by the mopping. The rotating pads actually scrub the floor instead of simply wiping it with a wet cloth. The extending mop gets closer to baseboards and corners, which makes the finished floor look much more consistently clean. The dock is large, but in return it handles almost everything. It empties the dust, manages the water, washes the mop pads with hot water, and dries them when cleaning is finished. I mainly have to deal with the larger containers periodically rather than maintaining the robot every day. The app has a ton of settings and can feel a little overwhelming initially, but after setting up my rooms and preferences, I rarely need to change anything. This is certainly an expensive robot vacuum, but it feels designed for someone who wants floor cleaning to be as automated as possible. The combination of strong cleaning, excellent navigation, low-profile access, and the highly automated dock has made it a worthwhile upgrade for my home. ... show more

    • Honestly a game-changer! Saves me so much time and actually cleans well.
Set name: X60MaxUC-Black
I’ve been wanting a robot vacuum for a while but was super skeptical. I always thought they’d just push dirt around, get stuck on everything, or require so much maintenance that I might as well just vacuum myself. But I finally caved and bought this Dreame X60 Max Ultra, and wow, I am honestly so impressed. First off, the AI cameras are seriously no joke. This thing navigates my house like it actually knows what it’s doing. It avoids all the random stuff I leave on the floor—shoes, cords, you name it. I don’t have to pre-clean the house just to run the vacuum anymore, which is a huge relief. The mopping feature actually works, too! It doesn’t just drag a wet pad around; it actually scrubs the floors. And the best part? It cleans and dries its own mop pads. I literally do almost nothing except empty the dirty water tank and refill the clean one every once in a while. It’s also surprisingly quiet. I can have it running while I’m working or watching TV, and it doesn't bother me at all. Overall, this has been one of the best purchases I’ve made. It is totally worth the price because it saves me so much time and energy. If you hate cleaning the floors as much as I do and are on the fence, just get it. It does exactly what you need it to do! ... show more

    • Excellent Robot Vacuum!
Set name: X60MaxUC-Black
I’m really impressed with this robot vacuum and mop. The suction power is excellent, and it does a great job picking up dust, dirt, and pet hair. The mopping function works very well too. I especially like the smart navigation and obstacle detection—it moves around furniture smoothly and cleans the whole house efficiently. The low-profile design is also great for cleaning under beds and furniture. Overall, it’s powerful, convenient, and saves me a lot of time. Definitely worth it and highly recommended! ... show more

    • Better than expected
Set name: X60Ultra-Black
Once I showed my wife the dirty solution after cleaning she said "I am sold". easily transitions from flooring to carpet. The stair climbing function only applies to a couple of inches rise. it actually is a hindrance as it can get stuck on a small rise.

    • Game changer for low furniture and effortless cleaning!
Set name: X60MaxUC-White
At just 3.13 inches tall, this robot effortlessly glides under my low couch and bed to clean hidden dust other vacuums always missed. The 35,000Pa suction easily lifts embedded dirt and pet hair from carpets without any tangles. Mopping is equally phenomenal—the high-pressure rotating pads and extending edge-reach arm remove stubborn kitchen grease and leave corners spotless. Best of all, the 10-in-1 dock washes the mop pads with boiling water, dries them, and empties the bin automatically, making maintenance virtually zero. The AI navigation is incredibly smooth and never gets stuck. Worth every single penny! ... show more

    • I do not recommend purchasing.
Set name: X60MaxUC-White
We are extremely disappointed with the Dreame X60 Ultra Complete and will be returning it. This is honestly the worst robot vacuum we have ever owned. Its navigation is completely chaotic. It randomly drives from room to room with the mops raised instead of cleaning. It can sit in one spot and spin around for three or four minutes with the vacuum running, as if it has no idea where to go. The carpet detection does not work properly. I had to manually mark the carpets in the app, yet it still drives onto high-pile rugs with the mops attached. When it approaches a low-pile rug, it raises its entire body as if it were climbing over a large threshold. It constantly skips easily accessible areas that are clearly shown on the map. For example, it never cleans the right side of our bed, even though nothing is blocking the area. I tried directing it there manually using the camera controls, but it was nearly impossible. It also completely avoids the easily accessible area around our cat’s litter box. The extendable mop is supposed to clean along baseboards and furniture, but I have never seen it work properly. It regularly leaves three to four inches of untouched floor along walls, baseboards, and furniture—neither vacuumed nor mopped. If we run dry cleaning first and wet cleaning afterward, the robot becomes completely confused. Once it returns to the dock to recharge, it often does not resume the job correctly. I constantly have to sit in the app and tell it where to go and what to clean, which completely defeats the purpose of owning an automatic robot vacuum. Today, we watched it repeatedly accelerate and crash directly into the bed and a closed door. A premium robot vacuum at this price should not behave like this. It cannot navigate reliably, detect carpets correctly, clean along edges, reach accessible areas, or complete its cleaning routine without constant supervision. For the price, this performance is absolutely unacceptable. We are returning it and cannot recommend it. ... show more

    • Great first impression
Set name: X60MaxUC-Black
I’ve only been using the Dreame X60 Max Ultra for one day, but my first impression is very positive. Setup was easy, the app is straightforward, and the vacuum did a really good job picking up dust and small debris around my apartment. The mopping also worked better than I expected, and I like that it can avoid furniture and other obstacles pretty well. I haven’t used it long enough to comment on long-term reliability yet, but so far everything has been smooth and convenient. ... show more

Set name: X60MaxUC-Black
We saw the Dreame X60 Max Ultra in a store, then went home and ordered it on Amazon. Its slim design, powerful suction, and self-cleaning dock with hot-water mop washing stood out to us. We set it up as soon as it arrived and gave it a test run. It mapped our home accurately and did a good job avoiding obstacles. So far, so good! ... show more
