  • Worth every penny
Set name: X60MaxUC-Black
After comparing several high-end robot vacuums, I decided to buy the Dreame X60 Max Ultra, and I’m glad I did. It vacuums and mops very well, has powerful suction, and the navigation is smart and efficient. It cleans under furniture easily thanks to its slim design, and it avoids obstacles much better than I expected. The all-in-one dock is my favorite feature because it automatically empties the dustbin, washes the mop, and refills the water tank. That means very little maintenance for me. The app is intuitive, setup was simple, and the cleaning results have been consistently great. My floors have never looked cleaner. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end robot vacuum. ... show more

  • What a Dreame this robot is
Set name: X60MaxUC-White
If you don't own a Dream robot vacuum/mop system, what are you waiting for? This robot is simply incredible. The design is sleek and modern looking. This is one of the best robot systems I have ever seen. It maps the floors as it works. You can see the mapping system with the app on your phone. There are so many options. You can vacuum only. That is a nice feature when you just need a simple touch up. You can mop after you vacuum. There are options for how much water will be used and how hot the water will be. The Dreame mop cleaning solution for these machines, works extremely well. They smell great and leave no residue on the floor. The robot returns to the dock when it has finished its tasks. First, it empties the debris that has been vacuumed. It then sets out to mop the floors. After it mops, it returns to the dock to empty the mop water. I am always amazed by the amount of debris the mop was able to get off the floor. The robot can distinguish between carpet and tiles floors. So it knows what areas to mop and what areas to avoid with the mop. I have used this system every day, sometimes twice a day, for a month. The floors feel clean. I love being able to walk around with no socks on and walking away with the bottoms of my feet completely clean. The vacuum makes very little noise. If it is used on a lower mode, it could be used while others are sleeping and it would not bother them. I am a huge fan of the brand Dreame. It will take over as a household name soon. This one is over the top with the abilities it has. I have told everyone who will listen to purchase a Dreame robot vacuum/mop system. They are worth every dime spent if you want an easy routine for keeping your floors clean. ... show more

This robot vacuum is worth the investment. It has powerful suction, excellent mopping performance, and smart navigation that avoids obstacles with ease. The self-emptying and self-cleaning dock saves so much time. It keeps my floors spotless every day with almost no effort. Highly recommended!

  • Not worth the money
Set name: X60MaxUC-White
for context We live in a single story residence with all one floor type (Laminate marble floors) Effectiveness of the robot itself: - For $1,700 I was very disappointed. The vacuum (regardless of what setting I had it set to) consistently had trouble picking up dirt, small cat litter particles, and even larger particles like a single dog kibble bit. When It picked up the piece of kibble it just kept slinging it around in the vacuum bay and was causing a loud clanking sound until I had to turn off the robot and manually pull it out. - We watched it consistently miss a clump of pet hair or something else along the baseboards or in an open space. - The Mop itself did a decent job. I like how the robot cleaned the pads after a set period of time. No real complaints about this. AI detection of stains or dirt: - It did terrible. I have fake marble floors, and it assumed that almost everything was a stain and it had to do extra cleaning work around my entire house. - Had to turn this off. Build quality: - Great, absolutely no complaints. It looked very modern and nice in my home. Everything was sturdy, and seems like it was built to last a long time. Mapping of my home, and object avoidance: - Did a pretty decent job. Only had to correct a few things on the map in the app. - One bad thing is that it tried to crawl over an "object" on a flat surface, even though there was nothing there to avoid and or crawl over. App: - Reasonably easy to use, there was a few time I had to jump through a lot of pages to where I wanted to get to. The app gave a great amount of detail, and it allowed me to customize a lot of stuff. I can guarantee that the app would be very difficult to use for Elderly/older people. Time that it took to clean my home completely: - Depending on the settings it took 2-4.5 hours. - I guess this was fine because it did the work for me, but if I am to vacuum and mop just by myself it would take less than 1.5 hours. Battery life: - Lasted a very long time. For $1,700 + an extra insurance plan purchase.... it was not worth it. Especially in this day and age with how the economy is, and this was a special purchase for us to help us with our new home. ... show more

  • Better after replacement
Set name: X60MaxUC-White
I have tried to like it but it just keeps disappointing me. For the price I really expected to be able to handle my 1 floor apartment. It refuses to clean under my couches (they are 5” off the floor so enough space), it has mopped my carpet and it keeps getting lost. It couldn’t find the base and it was right in front of it for about an hour until I finally just manually put it back. I’ve only had it running for about a week and I’ve played with the settings and tried so many different things to get it to just throughly clean my floors. It is pretty and when it does clean it’s effective and it does work on my shag rug which is a feat. I just don’t trust it to work properly when I’m not home, which sucks. Edit: Dreame reached out and tried to troubleshoot the vacuum. After the vacuum was still acting weird so they offered to replace it and a discount, which I will be taking advantage of. I really want it to work since it has powerful suction and 2 brushes. The brushes are truly tangle free, I didn’t find a single hair on the brushes after 2 weeks and I shed a lot. Plus it looks so pretty. I’ll give another update after the new vacuum. Edit: The new vacuum is working much better. It cleaned better under my couch and has had to errors. It started to even clean even more thoroughly under the couch when I pinned up the fabric that's under the couch. I would suggest to do this so the sensors can more effectively see. I'm glad I gave it another chance. ... show more

  • Excellent Robot Vacuum and Mop
Set name: X60MaxUC-Black
Excellent robot vacuum and mop. Vacuuming performance is outstanding on hard floors and carpet and handles pet hair excellently(2 cats and a German Shepard). Does well on heavy rugs that don’t move easily but a no go for lightweight rugs. Mopping is also outstanding. I have it mopping my 700 square foot main floor that is completely hard flooring 4 days a weeks and the only downside is that I have to dump the dirty water and refill clean water after every days mopping. Obstacle avoidance is incredible when the extra sensitivity is turned on and it still gets plenty close to things. The Dreame app has been very nice to use, my only minor complaint is that map modification for room dividing or partitions can be a little finicky. Battery life is a minor downside. While cleaning my main floor it will sometimes have to pause and charge for 30-40 minutes to finish cleaning. On separated vacuum then mop deep cleans it requires several stop to charge events to finish my main floor, but given the extensive work it is doing that is understandable. The dock has been flawless so far. It does an excellent job cleaning the mops and emptying the dust bin from the robot. I have had zero issues with pet hair clogging but I have it clean frequently enough (4 days a week) to avoid large messes. The overall durability for the robot and base has been good so far. The robot has some minor scuffing from its initial mapping and first couple cleaning cycles, and continued cleaning in tighter areas but nothing major. Overall I would highly recommend this unit for those who have large homes with pets. If you want a mop that handles liquid cleanups I would go for a roller mop unit. ... show more

  • Best Buy!
Set name: X60MaxUC-White
It is fully capable of meeting the daily cleaning needs of an ordinary household. The most remarkable feature is its intelligence. It can understand the environment and can better recognize the terrain and types of garbage. It can identify common ground obstacles. The most obvious thing is that before cleaning, you don't need to tidy up in advance. Data cables, toys, and slippers on the floor can all be smoothly avoided. Sometimes when my dog runs around randomly, there's no need to worry because it can also recognize this and keep a safe distance for cleaning. It can intelligently identify the types of garbage. It has achieved intelligent separation of dry and wet waste. The carpet will not get wet, and wet waste will not be crushed. My living room is covered with a short-haired carpet. Before, the vacuum cleaner I used would wet a large area of the carpet when it went over it. After it dried, it would form hard lumps and was prone to mold. The Dreame X60 has never wet the carpet. You can see that it has a drum cover. As soon as the ultrasonic waves recognize the carpet, the cover immediately rotates to cover the drum, and the mop will also rise synchronously to achieve complete dry-wet separation. The machine only sweeps on the carpet and does not drag it. It not only won't wet the carpet but also can clean the pet hair in the gaps of the carpet very thoroughly. The functions of sweeping, mopping and hair prevention from tangling also perform exceptionally well. The peak suction force of 35000 Pa can easily suck in large particles of garbage. While cleaning dust from floor gaps, long hairs on the ground and pet float hairs, the brush and roller do not entangle a single hair. It is very friendly to pet-owning families. The mopping effect is even more perfect. Stubborn stains can be wiped clean with one pass without leaving a sticky feeling on the feet. The combination of high suction power and self-cleaning with fresh water makes it possible to mop while cleaning the mop cloth. Not only does it have a good mopping effect, but it also dries the floor very quickly after cleaning. When you step on it barefoot, it doesn't leave any stickiness or water marks. The cleaning coverage is very high. The self-lowering function is truly very practical. When it detects the low areas under sofas and beds, it will automatically lower itself, ensuring a cleaning success rate of 100%. In open areas, it will automatically rise again. The mapping is fast and the positioning is accurate, and it won't circle like ordinary machines. The cleaning efficiency is particularly high. There are also 3.47 in ProLeap Obstacle Crossing, when encountering threshold and sliding rail of moving doors, the machine can easily pass over them, truly achieving full-room, no-corner cleaning, and there are no more cleaning blind spots. At first, I was quite hesitant when seeing the price. After all, it was quite high. But after using it for about a month, I made a comparison and was very satisfied. I will definitely recommend it to my friends! ... show more

  • Final Update: Resolved: Don't toss mop pad holders
Set name: X60MaxUC-White
Update: I heard back from Dreame customer service again a week after my initial complaint; they sent me a brand-new unit and emailed me a return label for the old one. I also received an apology for the request for a video and pictures of the incident. My new machine is working out beautifully; it seems there have been many software updates since I received my first machine in March. Thank you, Dreame. I’ve been using the DREAME X60 Max Ultra Complete Robot Vacuum and Mop for a while now, and it genuinely felt like a major upgrade from previous robot cleaners. The first thing that stands out is the 35,000Pa suction power—it handles fine cat and dog hair, even on plush carpets. Compared to other models I've had, the cleaning performance is noticeably stronger and more consistent. The ultra-thin 3.13-inch design is another big win. It reaches under most beds, sofas, and low furniture where dust usually accumulates. It takes some time to program these details into the vacuum. I was very impressed by the fully automated system: • Self-emptying dustbin • Automatic water refilling • Mop self-cleaning This significantly reduces manual maintenance—you can go days (or longer) without needing to intervene. Until one Sunday evening, I decided to run the unit in the bathroom I share with my cats' automatic litter box, sight unseen. My cat pooped on the floor right in front of her litter box. Over the past two months, the unit has been good about avoiding wires, my black UGG slippers (the unit thought was an uncleanable mess), and my animals. As I was preparing dinner, I noticed the unit sounded a bit strange and clicky. Cat poo wafted through the air as I saw the unit flinging feces into the air and across the area in a sand-like spray. I thought the unit sucked up the poo, but it was mostly dispersed throughout the bathroom floor, baseboards, and walls. The poo was partially dry when the machine discovered it. By the time I discovered the machine, the mop pads and wheels were caked. I put on some gloves, pulled the mop pads off, tossed them in the trash, and proceeded to clean the machine carefully and gently for the next two hours. The next day, I called customer service, and when I asked for them to send me replacement mop pad holders, they said don't worry about it, we will send a new unit after you provide the info we request in an email. It wasn't until the next day that I got an email back asking for pictures and video of the pootastrophie. I didn't take a picture or video because I trusted that the machine caught it on video and labeled the poo as large particles or something. The next time I logged in, the history and video of Sunday night's ordeal were erased. I'm not sure if there was an update. I received an email today saying they don't have the mop pad holders; instead, they offered to give me more mop pads and dust bags. I can't use the mop function, which is half of the reason I got the unit. **** Update Friday, May 8, 2026: My claim was escalated after I refused the extra mop pad holders and dustbags nix the mop pad holder. They are following through with replacing the unit and returning the pooptastrophy unit for testing. Will post updates. ... show more
