The media could not be loaded. I ordered this to take care of the quick little spills my grandkids make. I am happy with the quality. It's light weight, quiet and has several tools. It has a descaling and upholstery abilities as well. Cleaned up the spots from some soda pop spilled in the doorway quickly. I also love the long cord and hose.

DREAME is a downright amazing company. A couple of years ago, they were primarily focused on pool cleaning devices. These devices were (and still are) excellent and rank among the best you can buy. They then released a few cleaning products for inside the house including a line of first rate robot vacuums. Since then they've made a 'deep dive' into household cleaning equipment. The interesting thing about it is that most of their newer products are sold at very reasonable price points. Their swimming pool robots and robotic vacuums are definitely premium products but their more recent products such as a food vacuum, an excellent security camera, a great stick vacuum are right in line with the mainstream in their categories. Making products that are better than anything on the market and selling them for the same price as the incumbants is definitely a winning business model. This carpet cleaner might be their best product yet during their 'mainstream consumer products' era. Everyone has probably suffered through the experience of renting one of those carpet cleaners from the grocery store. That was the last time I really cleaned a carpet. Now, I have a 'carpet guy' that comes and does that when me and my wife are out of town. The DREAME N20 has transformed me into a carpet cleaning enthusiast. I've taken it to the car wash to steam clean my seats. I took it to my office to clean a spot out of my carpet there. I've been spot cleaning everything in the house and even steamed cleaned my shower grout today. There's a real talent at DREAME. They have the ability to make awesome high end pool robots. They also have the ability to make awesome, value priced carpet cleaning equipment. It even looks better than anything comparable on the market. DREAME's attention to detail is amazing--like how the handles on the top of the clean water and detergent tanks help balance them on your kitchen counter when turned upside down. The controls are elegant and intuitive. It does a great job at its designated task and it is dowright pleasurable to use. It's not easy to take what is a fairly mundane, everyday cleaning tool and completely nail the union of 'form and function'. There are four cleaning modes for different types of jobs, several attachments and little to no assembly. Just snap on the hose, attach the storage reel and you're pretty much ready to go. Something I really like about DREAME's products is that they never put you in a 'batteries not included' situation. This cleaneer also includes a small bottle of cleaning fluid and several pouches of descaling solution. There's a light indicating when you need to descale--they don't really explain the purpose of the process but I assume it's similar to descaling your espresso machine (to remove mineral buildup in the internals). What amazed me is the machines ability to tackle old stains in my pickup truck upholstery and my home carpet. The 'Hot Wash' mode did the job in seconds after any number of spray cleaners from the grocery store didn't make a dent. Even better, the cleaning solution smells great--nice and fresh without being overpowering. The machine is compact, light, easy to carry around, easy to use and does a great job. DREAME's consistent excellence at everything they do is astounding. Couldn't recommend this carpet cleaning machine any higher. Just a great product.

The Dreame N20 has been a great addition for keeping carpets, upholstery, and car interiors clean. The combination of steam and hot water makes a noticeable difference, especially on tougher stains. It loosens dirt quickly and pulls it out effectively with strong suction. The 17Kpa suction power works very well for a portable unit. It extracts a lot of moisture and debris in one pass, which helps surfaces dry faster. Even older stains on carpets and couches lifted more than expected after a couple of passes. The auto mix solution feature is a nice touch. It takes the guesswork out of mixing cleaning solution and keeps everything consistent. This makes the process easier and more efficient, especially for regular cleaning. The unit is compact and easy to move around. It is light enough to carry from room to room and works well on stairs, furniture, and tight areas. The hose and attachments are easy to handle and give good control when targeting specific spots. It has been especially useful for pet related messes. It handles spills, dirt, and odors well, and leaves fabrics looking refreshed. It also works great for car interiors, where space is limited and targeted cleaning is needed. Build quality feels solid and well designed. The tanks are easy to remove and refill, and cleaning the machine after use is straightforward. For the performance and features, the value is excellent. You get steam cleaning, strong suction, and a compact design that is easy to use for everyday messes. If you want a portable cleaner that can handle carpets, upholstery, and spot cleaning with strong results, this one performs very well and is easy to use.

After the first few uses of this Dreame upholstery cleaner, I found that it was the most effective way to handle the inevitable messes that come with having dogs. I expected the steam feature to be a bit ""spitty"" or to leak, but the reality was that it provided a very consistent and hot mist that sanitized the fabric perfectly. It is a relief to have a dedicated spot cleaner that feels sturdy enough to handle the stairs and the car interior without me worrying about the hose cracking or the suction fading over time. During a particularly busy Sunday of house cleaning, the durable construction of the tanks and the internal heater worked flawlessly together. The finish on the auto-mix tank has a very sleek and clear design that makes it easy to see exactly how much solution I have left before my next project. We also noticed the sound of the dirty water being sucked up is a very crisp and audible slurp that lets the family know the mess is officially gone from the carpet. Easily, the compact design allows me to store the N20 in the hallway closet without it taking up too much room. Around the nozzle attachment, the bristles are very thick and haven't shown any signs of fraying or losing their scrubbing power even after tackling some dried-in mud. During a quiet evening after the chores are done, the simple peace of mind provided by having truly clean furniture is such a blessing that I can finally relax on the couch without worrying about hidden odors.
