How to get the best steam performance? Please check that the clean water tank is filled. Select Steam Wash or Steam mode, then wait about 35 seconds until the steam icon stays solid. To maintain steam performance, descale the machine every 6 months using the citric acid descaler. How to maintain strong suction? Please make sure the machine is powered on and not in Steam mode. Check that the dirty water tank is installed correctly and not full. Clean any debris from the brush head and hose, then run the hose self-cleaning cycle. How to prevent water from dripping during use? Please make sure the hose and all tanks are installed correctly. If the standard brush drips when tilted, it's usually caused by residual condensation in the hose and is normal. Can I use other cleaning solutions with this machine? For the best cleaning performance and to help protect your machine, we recommend using only N20 Steam fabric cleaning solution. How to get my machine to dispense water? Please make sure the machine is powered on and the clean water tank is filled. Check that the hose is not kinked or blocked, then run the hose self-cleaning cycle to clear the water path.

I’ve been using this for about a week, and I’m honestly impressed. I have pets, so my carpet and couch get dirty pretty quickly. The steam combined with the hot water wash made a noticeable difference compared to my old spot cleaner. It pulled out a lot more dirt than I expected, and the suction left the fabric only slightly damp, so it dried much faster. It’s portable, easy to carry around the house, and feels well built. If you have kids, pets, or just want to keep your furniture and carpets clean, I definitely recommend it. It’s been one of the best cleaning purchases I’ve made ***Update*** After using it for over 1 week, I have to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. At first, I was impressed, but the performance didn’t hold up. The suction became noticeably weaker over time, and it stopped cleaning as effectively as it did during the first few uses. I also started having issues with the steam function being inconsistent, which made deep cleaning much less effective. For the price, I expected much better long-term reliability. A product like this should last much longer than a few weeks before showing problems. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it based on my experience, and I regret not waiting longer before leaving my original review.

The steam heats up quickly and does an excellent job removing dirt, grease, and stains without needing harsh chemicals. Woke up early in the morning to my dog gagging. He jumped off the bed and ended up throwing up on the rug. I was contemplating on getting this or not but him throwing up confirmed the purchase for me. Item came in the same day and worked as advertised. It was able to make quick work of my dogs throw up! Cleaning time only took about 4-5 minutes and setting up the item was easy; love the self-cleaning feature as well! I also have tile around my condo and tested the steamer feature on the grout and it worked like a charm! Using this to replace my Dupray Neat steam cleaner! Highly recommend this item! Wish I can experience it for the first time again. It also got rid of the odor of the throw-up and the build quality is amazing. It’s also very aesthetic and matches my X50 Ultra. It is a bit heavy depending on how much detergent and water you have in the tanks, but the compact size makes up for it. Was able to snag this for a steal with the coupon, best bang for your buck right now.

I own a Bissel, wanted one with steam cleaning and hopefully quieter so bought this one when it's on sale. It delivered above my expectations. Noise Level: It's a LOT quieter than the Bissel, the Bissel is loud enough to wake up the dead. But its suction is just as strong. Hot water: It generates hot water extremely quickly. from turning on to having scalding hot water in less than a minute. Steam: This is what surprised me the most, many years ago I had a hand held steam cleaner, I was expecting to wait 5-10 minutes for steam to build up, this thing gives you super heated steam in less than a minute from power on. Also the main water tank isn't pressurized, I'm sure it still has a pressure chamber somehwere, but compare to older style where the whole thing is a pressure vessel, I feel much safer working with this one. Quality: Material is high quality throughout, plastic molding is precise, every parts fit seamlessly. The water tank handle is satin gold color, it looks exactly like the picture, no flow marking or inperfection. Weight: Much lighter than Bissel, easy to carry around. hose and nozzle is also light an manuaverable What I don't like as much: - I think the dedicated fabric softener tank is a bit unnecessary, it doesn't let you control mix ratio or choose to use it or not, so I think if they just delete it and its parts and just give me bigger water tanks, I can just mix in whatever cleaner at whatever ratio I want in the clean water tank. - No storage compartment for the nozzles, this one drives me crazy, for such a well designed, useful, fun to use product, I have to carry a zip lock bag of parts with it everwhere I go. This is the reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

We have some finish chairs from target that were about $300 for a set of 4. They are cloth and very easy to stain while eating and have spilled spaghetti sauce and oil on them over the few years we have had them. Using the included solution and the hot wash mode we were able to go ver it about 4 times and get both stains out of the chair with spills. It works well and is about the same noise level as your regular vacuum. You can also use it to steam things like tile floor which is nice. Steam mode worked on my desk size mousepad to remove grime and oils from day to day use with a bit of scrubbing. The 2nd photo shows the full solution that comes included. It’s not a full tank but it doesn’t use it super quick but would have been nice to have a full tank. The unit heats up quick and has decent suction power. We still let the chairs dry for a few hours before they were completely ready to sit on. Overall it’s a good little stain cleaner with a lot of functionality.
