This portable steam vacuum is amazing. Great versatility, for house and car. It is amazing on the upholstery and it can sanitize as well. Its not very heavy and has all the attachments and a little cleaner. .The cleaning performance is superior and it easily removed grease and food stains due to the higher temperature. It did not leak was easy to fill and easy to clean. I also cleaned my kitchen vent, the microwave and the tiles near the stove and it was easy to clean and left a streak free shine. It seems well built but I only had it for a month and had no issues with durability. The price and the versatility make this a great buy!

I was really excited about this item. My wife had the dreame mop and loved it. I got her this steam carpet cleaner to clean her new couch . She couldn't get a cheeto finger print off with it. Ended up using My big Bissell which took it right out. I was hoping. This would be a nice petite replacement for the monster cleaner I had. But I was wrong . Maten there's something wrong with it but I expect perfection at this price. I'll have to see if customer service will warranty it. I won't hold my breathe .

The steam feature is a total game-changer for getting up those gross "mystery stains" on the rug and the couch... My daughter's even asking if she can have slime back in the house again! Disappointed with the DREAME N20 from this seller. It arrived quickly but the performance is poor. Suction is weak, barely picks up dirt or pet hair. Steam takes forever to heat up and leaks everywhere. Self-cleaning doesn't work well — the hose still smells bad after use. Not worth the money. Would not recommend.
