  • Very cute tricycle
The kids enjoy riding this, but it was difficult to put together. I am usually very skilled at putting toys and other things I receive together. Usually just following instructions makes it easy, but this tricycle stumped me and I had to get help with it. But once it was together it's well made, sturdy and the kids love it. ... show more

  • Perfect for my 2-year-old!
This tricycle needs to be assembled, but it’s not difficult, you can follow the instructions and finish within 20 minutes. When installing the seat, you can let your child try it out first, since it has three adjustable positions. The quality is good, very sturdy. It doesn’t make any noise while riding. ... show more

  • Perfect toddler trike!
Tnis bike was a great idea. It came with instructions and they were kinda hard to follow. You need a crescent wrench to put together and it didn’t come with one. And you have to put the whole thing together. It is pretty sturdy and made for small toddlers.

  • My grandson loves this.
This tricycle didn't take very long (25-30 min) to assemble. Clearer instructions would have sped assembly up at least by 10 minutes. Over all the instructions worked. The tricycle seems sturdy and peddling is smooth. My little one likes putting his toys in the rear compartment. He also likes the bell. I recommend cutting the excess plastic after installing the bell to avoid your little one from hurting themselves. A 1 and a half year old is able to operate the tricycle. ... show more

  • Super cute, but has a few kinks to work out.
This is a really cute trike, perfect sized for toddlers, with a nice little trunk to carry toys in back. I really wanted to love this trike, however it took about an hour to assemble, and we encountered a few problems along the way. There were a couple drawbacks putting it together. The first problem I saw was the bolts were mislabeled in the instructions, so it tells you to use the large bolts on the front wheel, when in fact they are used to attach the seat, which can be adjusted to four different sizes, according to the height of your child, by removing the bolts and placing them in the pre-drilled holes along the metal frame. The next problem is the seat itself did not have any holes in it for the bolts to pass through to attach to the frame. This was a quick fix, with an electric drill, but they should have been pre-drilled. Also, there was a sharp piece of plastic sticking out from the edge of the seat. I was able to file it down smooth, but I would not have let my grandson ride this trike without smoothing that out first. The final problem I came across, while assembling the trike, is the bell. It shows that you are supposed to attach it by simply turning a knob until it tightens on the handlebars. The problem is, that little knob is practically impossible to turn by hand. I finally had to grab a pair of pliers to grip it, and even though I continued twisting the knob that should tighten the bell onto the handlebars, it never would get tight enough to stay put. It just falls down. The other thing I noticed is there is no tread on the wheels, they are completely smooth. If your child is going to ride on a smooth surface they work just fine. I'm not sure if this would be a problem in the grass or dirt, but they work well on the sidewalk or the tile floors in our home. It took almost an hour to assemble this trike, but once we finally got it put together, and the rough edges smoothed out, it is super cute. It is a combination of heavy duty metal and thick plastic. It feels like it will be sturdy, and I love the cute little hubcaps on the back wheels and the little trunk on the back is a super cute detail. Another thing I like about it is that it is collapsible, to take up less space if you want to pack it up for travel. You can twist the knob on the handlebars and they will fold down. You can press the red button under the seat and the back wheels fold in as well, making it quite compact for travel or storage. I made the mistake of pressing the red button above the front wheel, and it came off. It was quite difficult to get it back on, so I don't recommend pressing the red button above the front wheel. I'm not sure if that was supposed to be a feature to remove the front wheel or not, but when I pressed the red button, thinking that's how I would collapse the handlebars, the front wheel came off and I had to fight with it to get it back on. There are many pros and cons to this trike. It is super cute and I really wanted to love it, but it's also a big hassle. If you don't mind leaving the bell off and filing down a few rough edges, it seems like it would definitely last a long time. With such mixed emotions, I had to give it three stars simply because it is super cute, made of heavy duty metal and firm plastic, but giving a grandkid a gift should not require this much work. ... show more
