  • UPDATE: Outstanding Customer Service - Support Has Resolved All Issues
Color: White
UPDATE FEBRUARY 22, 2026: DREAME support has resolved all of my issues. I can now wholeheartedly give my Aqua 10 Roller vacuum/mop a five star rating. The vacuum is now vacuuming close to the furniture and baseboards. It is no longer climbing the legs of my dining room table and chairs. It now responds to Alexa voice commands, so I can now use voice command to ask the Robot to clean specific rooms. The only issue that was not resolved is the vacuum’s inability to clean under the toe kicks of my kitchen cabinets. However, this is becauseI erroneously thought this model of vacuum cleaner had a retracted LIDAR, and it does not. Because it does not have retractable LIDAR it cannot pass under the front edges of the kitchen cabinets into the toe kick area because the vacuum has inadequate clearance. NOTE: For others considering purchasing this model, I recommend measuring vacuuming clearances for all the areas where you would like the robot to clean to make sure it will have accessibility where you need it to. All in all, I’m now very happy with this Robot,vacuum/mop and exceptionally impressed with the support I have received. Because of my satisfaction with their support, I recently ordered a DREAME cordless vacuum sealer, which works great, and I would not hesitate to order other items from this manufacturer going forward. UPDATE JANUARY 7 2026: On December 16 2025, after my initial review, Dreame support emailed me and I began working with different technicians to troubleshoot my issues. Various settings changes were attempted, but the issue of poor edge cleaning, the robot randomly being “stuck” when there were no obstacles, and the robot getting stuck climbing the legs of my furniture persisted. After 3 days of working with the various technicians, on January 19 a senior Dreame engineer was assigned to my support case. I have continued to work only with him since that date. We have tried multiple changes. I have shared my robot with Dreame support and they have applied a few firmware updates. After one update, the robot attempted to mop a carpeted area, but after I reported this to the support engineer, that night another firmware update was applied that immediately corrected the issue. Also, one of the firmware updates resolved my original problem of the robot stopping and notifying me that it was stuck when there were no obstacles blocking it. Although the Dreame support tech and the software developers are still working to resolve my edge cleaning issues, the company has very generously provided me with a refund in consideration for the multiple issues I have experienced. Dreame has exceeded my expectations in the customer service category. For this reason, I am changing my original 2 star rating to 4 stars. If the engineers are able to resolve my remaining issues, I will wholeheartedly upgrade my rating to 5/5 stars. As it stands, I rate their customer service at 5 stars and the vacuum’s current performance at 3 stars, which when averaged result in the 4 star rating. I rate the vacuum performance 3 stars because vacuum and mopping are very effective except that edge cleaning leaves debris and un-mopped swaths of 3 to 6 inches. Dreame’s carpet vacuuming performance is outstanding in our multi-cat home. My old Roomba J7+ would constantly kick out rolled up little moustache shaped bundles of pet hair. In contrast, the Dreame leaves no visible hair except in the missed edge areas discussed above. The senior Dreame engineer assigned to my case has assured me that despite receiving a refund, he will continue to work with me. I am hopeful Dreame engineers will be able to offer the option to disable the obstacle crossing function to entirely stop the furniture climbing behavior. I have also asked if the cleaning pattern and arm extension behavior could be altered via firmware updates to provide better edge cleaning. Currently, edge cleaning is hit or miss with the robot traveling up to 3 inches away from furniture, kitchen cabinets and baseboards, thus missing areas where debris is prone to collect. If Dreame support is able to resolve these two remaining issues, I will be extremely satisfied with the robot. Hopefully soon I will be able to update again and report the remaining issues have been resolved. Other changes since my initial review: 1. Matter support has been implemented, so Alexa integration and commands have expanded. Voice commands are still intermittently clunky as compared to my Roomba J7+, but in my opinion this is somewhat to be expected since Roomba technology should be more mature as they have been integrating their robots with Alexa for many years. The Dreamehome Alexa skill is very particular about the Alexa commands, but having a printed command list helps me get the commands right. Matter support has provided a huge improvement over the robot’s initial Alexa integration which would only turn the robot on and off. I did have to disable and re-enable the Dreamehome skill within the Alexa app to set up the Matter integration which enabled the improved Alexa commands. 2. TIP: Changing the obstacle crossing settings to “Hurdle Style Crossing” instead of “Intelligent Obstacle Crossing” significantly reduced furniture climbing behavior. The robot still occasionally attempts to climb my furniture, but the hurdle motion helps the robot free itself and not be as likely to get stuck continuously moving back and forth up and down the legs of the table, chairs or exercise bike. I hope this information might be helpful to others. 3. Dreame’s native voice commands have stopped working, possibly due to one of the firmware updates. Currently when I press the “home” button to wake the robot while docked, my robot responds in a foreign language. I suspect the robot does not understand my English voice commands right now. I have also tried pressing the power button to wake the robot, and although there is no foreign language response, the robot still does not respond to native Dreame voice commands. Nonetheless, this is a lower priority issue I have reported to Dreame support. As long as Alexa voice commands work I am happy. ORIGINAL REVIEW December 16, 2025: Right now I’m very unhappy with what I consider to be a very expensive ineffective robot vacuum mop. Everything started out well. I unpacked the vacuum, set it up and connected it to Wi-Fi and the DREAME app with no problem. However, once I started using it to clean was when my frustration began. Initially, the vacuum was driving over debris and not picking it up. It was climbing the legs of my standard wooden dining room chairs and table instead of going around them. Also, it would randomly notify me that it was stuck when there was nothing obstructing it. I immediately contacted DREAME support. I was pleased that I was able to speak to a live person on the phone. The agent I spoke with asked me to send videos of the problems I’m having, which I did. I received an email acknowledging that DREAME received the videos. The email told me my issues, would be escalated to their technical team. That was last week and I have not received follow up from DREAME’s technical team. Fortunately, I was able to independently resolve the problem of the vacuum driving over debris and not picking it up. I found that the cover on the dual brush rollers was not latched properly. I removed it and put it back on latching both latches. After that, it started vacuuming in the middle of the room as it should. It appears to have good suction and pick up well on both carpet and hard surfaces where the vacuum is actually operating. Unfortunately, that does not include areas along kitchen cabinets or furniture. After using the vacuum for a week, I am finding that it does not vacuum to the edge of my spaces. It leaves about a 4 inch untouched area along walls and furniture. It also does not vacuum nor mop under the toe kick area under my kitchen cabinets. My toe kicks are 2 3/4inches deep and 3 3/4 inches high. In comparison, my old iRobot Roomba J7+ has absolutely no problem vacuuming along walls, furniture, or under the toe kicks. This problem of the DREAME not cleaning along edges totally unexpected. I specifically chose this particular model because it has an extending sweep arm and mop roller. Also, the vacuum’s LiDAR periscope is supposed to retract for clearance. Unfortunately, I have not yet seen the LIDAR retract. Also, the robot does not consistently extend its sweeper brush nor the mop roller along the toe kick area. I’ve watched it carefully, and I see that it will will occasionally reach out with the sweeper arm when there’s no debris and then retract its arm and just drive past crumbs or other small debris under the toe kick area. I had the DREAME vacuum the kitchen yesterday morning and again twice this morning. After three vacuuming jobs I have finally thrown in the towel and manually picked up the crumbs and other loose debris. I’m still occasionally having issues with it trying to climb the legs of my dining room table and chairs. It’s not a consistent problem, but it has happened in about one out of four cleaning jobs. Also, three times in the one week I’ve had it, it has notified me that it is stuck when there is nothing obstructing it. Besides the poor edge cleaning performance, I’m also disappointed in its poor integration with Alexa. I’m able to ask Alexa to have my old vacuum clean specific rooms. The only thing I can do with Alexa integration with the DREAME is turn it on or off. I feel like I purchased a new model that was released before it was ready for primetime. I’m losing patience with this vacuum. I feel very frustrated that I spent almost $1000 for something that doesn’t work as well as my less expensive older robot vacuum. Right now, I’m rating this vacuum at two stars because it does vacuum and mop the center of rooms well. I’m going to call DREAME support one more time. I will update my feedback and upgrade my rating if DREAME support is able to resolve my issues. ... show more

  • This is a very good home cleaning assistant!
Color: Black
I’m very excited to have it. It’s very easy to use—after charging, I just add water to the robot and it’s ready to go. The robot vacuum looks very high-end overall. Its wheels can lift, so it can easily handle small slopes around the house. It can vacuum and mop at the same time, and this combination makes the floor much cleaner. There are no water streaks left after mopping. After it automatically cleans the mop, it becomes very clean. The process is very fast, and then it continues working. I let it work at home every day. ... show more

  • The perfect all-in-one vacuum cleaner!
Color: Black
The DREAME Aqua10 is truly amazing! With a suction power of 30,000Pa, it cleans dust extremely thoroughly. The most surprising feature is that it doesn't get tangled with hair at all, so there's no need to pick hair out of the brush anymore. The telescopic arm can reach into corners when mopping, ensuring that all dirt along the walls is cleaned up. The automatic dust collection and wash-dry functions completely free your hands. It also has excellent obstacle-crossing ability, easily clearing obstacles up to 2.36 inches. The carpet mode switch is very sensitive, providing both protection and cleaning. This machine truly pays attention to every detail and is highly recommended! ... show more

  • Dog is not a fan 😂 but I am

The media could not be loaded. Edit a few days later: it can't handle rugs. Not even thin flat ones. It won't go up onto them, it gets caught in the edge. Just got it today. I'll update the review if anything changes. Knocked off a star because of the app. Setup is easy. App is easy to install and add the vacuum. The app is just OK. Basics work fine. But if you really want to get into managing your map(s) it's a pain. I couldn't even get it to rename a room from the default Room1 Room2 etc IT'S SO QUIET I previously owned two OG Roombas. The barebones randomly drive around bumping into everything Roombas. They were loud. The Roombas did leave marks on things. I ended up putting felt on the bumper so it wouldn't. This new one, I'm not worried about that. It barely touches the things it does touch, which are few and far between. These new fangled robot vacuums with their lidar - fantastic. Mapping worked well. The cleaning pattern is very systematic and I love that. These things have come so far! And this isn't even one of the high end models. ... show more

  • great for 90 days... then it broke
Color: Pitch Black
The media could not be loaded. Worked great util the dock was relocated. Remaped our small 500 Sq foot apartment and had issues the entire time. Acted as if the old map was still in its memory and kept cutting off where the room transitioned in the old map. Uninstalled app and reloaded from scratch. Went to remap again and the video shows what keeps happening every few minutes. Have never been able to leave unattended. It does get stuck even when functioning correctly. Does not like transitioning from hardwood to area rugs or across door ways. Corners can confuse it. And under the bed... with nothing under it, tends to get lost and forget how to get out but only sometimes. Vacuum when functioning works great.good suction and easy empty compartment. App could use some major upgrading. Basic and featureless. Will buy a better model next time. ... show more

  • Great upgrade from my old robot
Color: White
I owned an older robot vacuum before and this is a huge step up. The mapping is more accurate, I was skeptical about the roller mop, but it really does clean better than flat mops. It picked up sticky spots and leaves the floor looking fresh without water marks. It doesn't get stuck, and the slef-emptying and self-cleaning features save me so much time. Huge upgrade compared to my previous robot. ... show more
