The media could not be loaded. I like this chair. I have found it to be quite comfortable for at least a few hours while I'm stuck at my desk. The neck pillow is a nice bonus and the back pillow is also handy, but the 'massage' feature in the back pillow is super weak and just vibrates, so I don't think I'll really be using that much. The arm rests turn a little, which is nice if you need that, and they also move up and down for varying heights. The leg rest will be nice to use if I'm gaming with a controller while using my laptop. The only complaint I have are the adjustment arms. They feel like they're just a little too far back and I struggle to reach them sometimes. The recline adjuster is a bit awkward to use as well, as you have to manually pull it up to adjust the recline, and then manually push it back down to lock it in place, unlike the lift and lower bar, where you just let go and it locks. That plus the placement of the adjuster itself makes it a little difficult to recline. Not impossible, just kind of inconvenient. Overall, I don't regret buying it, as it's a good chair, it just has little quirks that are annoying, but not a deal breaker, imho. ... show more
