I got this for my office to work from home and it’s great! It was pretty easy to put together by myself. I’m 5’3 so the size is perfect for me. Very comfortable and adjustable. The massaging back cushion was a nice surprise. Thought it was just a lower lumbar cushion. Wish it had a switch on it. You’ll need a portable power bank to make it work. Reclines nicely and you can rock. The leg rest hits me in the middle of my calf as well. Feels like it might bend over one day but it’s cool. It does everything it said it would do. Good price for this chair!

This chair is good. It was easy to assemble. It’s able to recline pretty far back. My only complaint is that it’s very firm and slightly uncomfortable if sitting for a long period of time.

I built it alone and it was super easy. Super comfy of course sitting on it isn’t the best because it’s just a flat bottom but way more spacious than the school chair I was using. I can sit cross legged and it’s good. The recline is great. My only complaint is the footrest is such a pain to pull out and put in. But it’s supported! And is not fragile at all. Looks super cute and still professional looking. And for the price? I love it many chair that look that same but this was $60-$80 for the same quality if not better

I tried many different chairs from executive to this racing seat style chair. Most were too uncomfortable and were too high up from the ground to sit comfortably. This chair, however, is perfect on the height and comfort. I highly recommend this brand and model to anybody be seeking a comfortable and stylish chair at a reasonable price. 10/10 would suggest buying.

I choose this chair specifically for the material they used to construct it. I have had a PU Leather chair for the longest time, and my cats absolutely demolished it. I record video for professional disbursement and having a torn apart chair is definitely something that cannot be shown. This chair is both comfortable, stylish, and resistant to those little bugger's nails. I was skeptical about the armrests, but find that their adjustability and foam firmness to be pleasant. I'm a bit larger than what was intended for this chair at 5'11" and 200 lbs and the lumbar support pillow seems to push me just a little too far forward on the chair. Without it, the chair is deep and comfortable for long hours at the desk. It isn't overly plush, it is more on the firm side, so be aware of this if that is a concern. The lumbar pillow does have a usb powered massage function, though, and after a few hours in this chair it is a treat to turn on for a little. The headrest pillow is nice, nothing to say about it. The footrest is a bit flimsy and doesn't quite go out far enough to "kick your legs up" as it were, but still, I find it has use when my legs are tired of being planted on the floor. It also reclines up to 165 degree, nearly flat, but I haven't had much use for it. Nice to have, though.

Ok I'll give a full review. I've been using a plastic office chair so this is a step up. However I did have some concerns but I'll give an unbiased review. The box wasn't heavy. I appreciated that. I had to carry it far. The assembly was fairly easy. The base legs are so sturdy and easy to snap in place. I feel like that was a pleasant surprise. The rest seems quality. The screws are decent as well. I was so surprised to see abec 7 bearings in the arm rests that's something I used on skateboard. It made so much sense when I reclined that it would use skateboard bearings to recline smoothly. I appreciated that. What I had before was plastic so this feels great. The leg rest seems flimsy but it won't be used much. The massage quality is actually good for me. Its a good size and functions like an upscale office chair. As far as value I'm worried to say it's worth it because out of the box where the armrest is at the leather was already ripped. I did a decent amount of research online I'm not gaming so I'm not spending secretlab money on a chair but I do office work. I had hoped at work I could get a comfortable chair that will last me through basic work. I must say though the all black is the color to go with. The other colors are flashy I like the subtleness.

The media could not be loaded. This chair is poorly made. It was used fewer than 10 times by a 140-lb adult, and in less than six months the recline/tilt stopped working. Now it won't stay engaged and just flops to recline if you try to sit in it. Customer service was frustratingly slow. I was asked to send multiple videos on different platforms, along with photos and repeated tilt tests. Even after providing everything they requested, there’s still no resolution. The overall quality is nothing special. The padding feels thin, and the mechanisms don’t work smoothly. Instead of fixing the issue, the process feels drawn out and exhausting. There are cheaper brands with much better quality on Amazon and definitely better customer service. I would look at other options before buying this one.
