Super comfortable, even in the reckoning position with the leg rest out, you also get a little velvet covered headrest pillow that makes reclining even better. Dissolution cannot stress enough how much i love this chair! Very VERY easy to assemble, the directions are very clear and I had this assembled in under 20 minutes. The caster wheels glide easily across the floor and even transition into carpet really well. The cushioning is perfect, not too soft and not too firm, prefect for long time use throughout the day. I am writing this product review after using this chair for a little over 4 months. So you can take this review seriously, unlike others where individuals review the product just after unboxing or after using it for few days, without properly using the product and its features. I would rate the product on the below 3 factors: East to assemble - 4.5 out of 5 Its been over 4 months when I assembled my chair but I still remember how easy it was to do it. One suggestion for improvement - The T shaped metal piece that connects the back of the chair with its base should be marked properly to tell the user which side is the front and which is back. Its a bit confusing. Overall comfort - 3.5 out of 5. Its does what it is suppose to do. Its comfortable, the hand rest gives the support that is required. One thing that it lags is the cushioning in the base and in the back. The back cushioning is thin but with the back and head support, its not very noticeable. What really soars is the cushioning at the base. Its not enough and you definitely feels the discomfort if you sit on this chair for long hours. I had to get a seat cushion top to get the extra comfort that was missing. Strength and stability - 4 out of 5. This chair is sturdy. I am a 200 pound, 6 feet tall guy and personally I always feel confident about this chair holding my weight whenever i sit on it. The wheels in the base The only thing that I feel that can be improved is the footrest. I always gets a feeling that it might bend (not happened yet) if I put all the weight of my legs on them for a long period of time. I really like this chair! I love the design of the chair and the variety of colors it comes in. I work at home so, I decided to buy a chair that is durable and will provide me comfort all day while I work. This chair does that and provides good lumbar support. Got the chair for my 11 year old for his bday. He loves it. It was easy to assemble (just follow the instructions.) I was hesitant on getting the white but that’s what my son wanted. I just sprayed scotchgard. I might get one myself for my workshop. It’s pretty sturdy, comfortable to sit and love the reclining part of it. Ok I'll give a full review. I've been using a plastic office chair so this is a step up. However I did have some concerns but I'll give an unbiased review. The box wasn't heavy. I appreciated that. I had to carry it far. The assembly was fairly easy. The base legs are so sturdy and easy to snap in place. I feel like that was a pleasant surprise. The rest seems quality. The screws are decent as well. I was so surprised to see abec 7 bearings in the arm rests that's something I used on skateboard. It made so much sense when I reclined that it would use skateboard bearings to recline smoothly. I appreciated that. What I had before was plastic so this feels great. The leg rest seems flimsy but it won't be used much. The massage quality is actually good for me. Its a good size and functions like an upscale office chair. As far as value I'm worried to say it's worth it because out of the box where the armrest is at the leather was already ripped. I did a decent amount of research online I'm not gaming so I'm not spending secretlab money on a chair but I do office work. I had hoped at work I could get a comfortable chair that will last me through basic work. I must say though the all black is the color to go with.
