I don't know why this chair has so many bad reviews. All I know is that I bought 4 of them and they are all perfectly fine and comfortable. They make no noises nor are they wobbly, maybe if they tighten the screws the way they were supposed to it wouldn't be such a problem. I give this chair tons of stars if I could for each one I bought and at a great price when they were on sale. The weight isn't too bad, its strong and sturdy. The appearance is nice, love the color and cushion on the seat which is great for long hours of sitting. Every screw hole aligned with what it was supposed to go to. I don't care much for the massage pillow because I've never tried it, though I don't need it but if you want to try it go for it, whatever floats your boat.

Assembling the chair wasn't too hard, but wasn't easy either. When you're mounting the back to the plate, you have to have the back kind of lifted, not flush against the seat part. And you only have 2 hands. Had to use a small book to give some height. Back lumbar support pillow doesn't attach to anything, so it's kind of annoying. It'd be excellent if it actually attached like the headrest pillow instead of just sitting on the seat. You can just not use the lumbar pillow but then there's no lumbar support. I don't know, mixed feelings. Overall, nice looking chair. Feels sturdy, not cheap at all. Seat is comfortable. Headrest is comfortable. The way it leans back is comfortable. I like that they have a 1 year parts warranty, because I'm guessing like any other chair made with PVC, you'll start to see tears after a few months of daily use. May use some velcro tape to try and get the lumbar pillow to stay in a higher position.

Pros: 1) Looks great!! You can see for yourself the first three pictures I uploaded. It actually looks better than I expected. Not real leather, it actually looks nice. I bought this color because it was cheaper than the all-black I wanted to buy. But, I think this was a better choice. I love the blue-on-black combination. 2) Good buy for the price. 3) Lumbar support is not the best, but the massaging (vibrating) lumbar pillow is a very nice add-on. 4) Comfortable arm rests. 5) The reclining angle is amazing. I included a photo. Also, the rocking is very smooth as well, which adds to the comfort of this chair. Cons: 1) The rear part of the seat is a bit hard. So, if you're sitting for hours on this chair, your back and butt will suffer a little. You might want to consider buying a cushion, OR get up and stretch out like we're supposed to. I included an annotated image pointing out this small issue. 2) The straps for the pillows cannot be adjusted. Fortunately, the straps for the lumbar pillow are not too long, so it stays tight in position and fiend slide down easily. However, the neck/head pillow straps are too long (in my opinion) and it slides down too easily. To remedy this issue, for now, I'm using a clip to tighten up the strap just a bit to keep the pillow "in place." It works have been nice if the straps were adjustable. One issue I had (still have at the time of this teview) was that one of the arm rest screws came worn around the threads. I contacted the vendor on a Saturday and by Monday (today) they had replied and already provided me with a tracking number for the replacement screw I requested. Dealing with responsive vendors is always a huge plus. Also, I don't care about the leg rest. That's why I did not list it as a pro or con. Overall, I think it's a very good buy: especially in this price range. That said, if you intend to use it as a work chair and you have lower back issues, consider buying a good seat cushion, or buy a conventional office chair. Gaming chairs aren't really designed for extended usage (i.e 8+ hours a day for days at a time). I chose this chair to replace my office chair and my criteria was basically looks and comfort. And the reviews convinced me that it was comfortable enough, but even with that mindset, I had to buy a seat cushion (that should arrive tomorrow)

I am impressed with this chair. The materials and quality are nice. The cushion is firm but soft, the reclining mechanism is smooth and the pillow add the right element of support. As a 6ft tall woman, the footrest is a bit short but still functional, the max height of the seat keeps my feet off the ground, the backrest fits perfectly and the seat is wide enough for me to sit cross legged comfortably. I will probably never use the massage function in the lower back pillow but it is surprising comfortable. My only complaint is the wheel quality as it doesn't roll very well on a wood floor. However, I could likely replace these. For $150 this is a great chair for the price. It was also easy to put together out of the box.

I really like the way it looks in my office. I am sitting in it now! I put it together by myself about an hour ago! I have not tried the massage pillow yet. the seat is comfortable and soft. The wheels roll smoothly across my wood floor. The back of the chair is very nice but no lumbar support. And the seat is flat (nice thick padding) I would like a little more shape or if the seat had a tilt option it would be more comfortable, but overall, it is a comfortable seat. I do not have any issues with durability, but it is brand new. It was not difficult to put together, and everything works.

It’s a good looking chair, good shape easy to build good packaging I like the material not being some gross vinyl. The springs in the bottom are a nice feature and part of the major issue I’m having is the padding is completely worn out it’s thin padding. I feel the coils on me when I sit in the chair. The arm rest padding is already worn down too. I have only had the chair for maybe 3months I also not even near the maximum weight for this chair.

UPDATE 2 I've now had this chair for around eight months and it is a complete piece of junk. The arm pads are completely beaten down so there's no padding left and today the fake leather that covers them has already started to crack! In another two months it's going to look like the chair I replaced except that chair took NINE YEARS to deteriorate to the same state. DO NOT BUY. IGNORE THESE HIGH REVIEWS. CHEAP! UPDATE I've now had this chair for only a month and have decided to drop the score to a 3. I use this chair to work all day and if you're looking for a work chair DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. In less than a month of eight-hour days the padding in the armrests is already permanently flat. The padding is completely gone. The seat part of the chair is good for 3-4 hours, but after that your rump will hurt. There's virtually no padding in the back of the chair at all and there's no headrest if you remove the big pillow that lands in the middle of your back. This chair is probably worth $80 max. Original Review Chair arrived undamaged, but the box is pretty heavy. Assembly was easy. Just use the allen wrench that comes with it. Took around 30 minutes. Once assembled the chair is pretty comfy. It has more of a stiff memory foam feeling than the chair it's replacing where I would kind of sink into it. Also doesn't really grip your hips like a bucket seat. It's a mostly flat surface you're sitting on. The back of the chair is very stiff and after a full day's work it does start to become painful on the back. We initially installed the lumbar support cushion and the headrest cushion, but quickly removed the headrest cushion because it lands between the shoulder blades and pushed me out of the seat. I'm 6' 0" for reference. The lumbar support cushion is fine. Tried the massage feature and it's pretty much a one and done novelty. Arm rests feel pretty stiff and not adjustable, but are fine for a full day's work so far. The biggest issue I have with this chair is that it's short. I have to have it fully extended for the armrests to come even close to level with the desk. My old chair the armrests are almost two inches higher at full height. As mentioned, you cannot adjust the armrests in this chair to raise them up. Overall, it kind of feels like it's built for smaller people. This chair is fake leather. Only time will tell how long it takes for the finish to start peeling off, but generally, speaking, the quality and build seem decent. I got this chair for around $110 on Prime Day. The max I would recommend paying for it is $125. I waffled between a 3 and 4 rating, but ultimately gave it the 4.
