I preordered this book and was excited as I own numerous of Pam's cookbooks and enjoy them. Unfortunately this one is full of fried foods that I would not consider making. The quality of the book is wonderful and the pictures are great but unfortunately the recipes were not ones that I would ever make. Book is being returned. ... show more
