So to start off, I'm 5' 3.5", about 280 pounds. Just to give you context. The only things I've noticed that are concerning about the chair are: 1. The way it creaks when I sit down. Now, this could just be my anxiety acting up and it's perfectly normal, just the chair settling to my weight. 2. The sides of the seat squish my thighs in, but also they're about 24 inches across when I sit, and it's not really uncomfortable or anything. I just have to adjust now and then so I don't get weird marks. 3. I'm not sure if this is on my part or not. I'd like to be able to tilt the seat (not just the back, the whole seat) back a bit so it's angled a little more up instead of flat. Even though I push the handle in, it doesn't seem to affect it. That might not be something it's capable of though, and it's not a huge deal. 4. Around the holes in the back part of the seat, there's a small part where the material doesn't actually reach the plastic covering. There's still plastic protecting the actual cushion though. I included a couple of photos to show where it is. Not a big deal, I could probably cover it with some marker or something. 5. It said the arm rests were adjustable, but as far as I can tell, they're not. Not a huge deal either, just a little tidbit I noticed. I live in a college dorm, and I'm pretty low on space. It's cramped in here, but the chair actually fits pretty well. I can turn sideways to recline it, and there's even enough room to spin somewhat. I also can lean it back and put some extra blankets on it when I go to bed, so they're in easy reach if I need them but not in the way. It's super comfortable to sit in, even for hours at a time. My dorm-issued chair was so bad, I'd have to take breaks to lay down on the bed and stretch out, even with a heavy cushion on it. This one is worlds better, supporting my back and not being painful to sit in for long periods. I'm still figuring out how best to position the back cushion though. I have a feeling it'll be wonderful for cramps. Overall, I think this is a great chair. It's so much more comfortable than anywhere else I have to sit, even when I visit home. It adjusts well, it rocks for when the leg bouncing kicks in, and it's really comfortable to sit in. Even my dog loves it. It's super easy to assemble, with everything you need provided for you. The video showed a slightly different chair than we had, mostly in how the arms attached, but cross referencing that with the printed instructions, I figured it out pretty quickly. Well worth the extra money to get a quality chair. And I'm loving this color too!

This one is easy to build, it has really nice back support and i love the foot rest. The reclining ability is amazing it can go all the way back AND it’s pretty sturdy.

Let me start by saying this is a good chair. Solid build (mostly) and for its features it is prices appropriately. Why 4 stars? - Assembly is somewhat not intuitive. All of the different pieces can be overwhelming and I actually had to reference the instruction manual over and over again to ensure pieces where either o. the right side or facing the correct direction. I wouldn't say difficult , it took me about an hour to put together. I will say the order by which they have you assemble it in the book is not the best. If you are not used to putting furniture together you may want to ask/hire someone to help you. It is even more confusing when you are left with an extra rubber seal and extra screw. - Handles wiggle. They provide support but because of the reclining feature they attach to the char cushion instead of an extra piece which may make it a little more solid. They provide basic support but if you are a person that gets up by using the arm rests to brace yourself I can see this impacting the longetivity of the chair. - I like the vibrating lumbar support but there is no on/off switch. You also have to connect it to a USB port which means that you will be corded. It would have been better if it had a recharchable battery you could just charge with a USB port and way to switch on and off without needed to be plugged in. - Materials and build are decent compared to chairs in the same peive range. It is soft pleather which I assume it will start peeling off in a couple of years due to wear and tear. Overall good value for the price range. If you want better materials/build you will be looking to go up the price scale.

This is an awesome gaming/everyday use chair. Assembly takes a while but is easy, most of the problems those people are complaining about in their reviews are easily fixed if you just read the directions. I have no complaints, this chair is comfortable, stable, rolls easily, and the messaging lumbar pillow is an added bonus. I highly recommend this chair, you won't be disappointed.

Let me say I LOVE THIS CHAIR. it's so comfortable for sitting, gaming & lounging. It's a 2-human build because the back is really tall & sturdy & a bit cumbersome to hold in place whilst installing. But that means I feel very supported whether sitting or reclining. The wheels are good, the seat is so comfortable & thick. The support pillows are adjustable so they're perfect where you need them. The massage is vibration, which sometimes is what you want. It's a little loud, but so is my tiny dog so I usually have noise cancelling on my headphones so it's not an issue for me. As for the customer service, I am very pleased. There was a delivery fiasco, courtesy of the carrier & in no way the fault of Dowinx. They were with me the entire time, responsive to my cries for help & treated my frustrations with empathy & professionalism. Upon delivery, I took pics of the box & hoped for the best. After about a week the pneumatic lift began to fail so I reached out to Dowinx and the immediately & graciously sent out a new part. Once that arrives I'll update this review. I am 100% happy with Dowinx, their support, and my chair. I've been dreaming of recreating a his/hers office with my side pink & his side black and this chair is major component. Gamer to gamer: I can sit here all day & the chair is comfy the whole time.
