When the funeral home representative came to my home without his urn catalog. His suggestion was to visit Hobby Lobby!!🙄 I shopped Amazon instead to find the perfect one to represent my mother. It’s Great quality and just beautiful depicting the male/female Cardinals. Her favorite!♥️

When my wife passed unexpectedly, purchasing one of these was the last thing on my mind. And after one visit to the funeral home and seeing their prices, I knew there had to be something better. I could tell no difference between this product and the one from the funeral home except the dramatically lower cost for this urn. It's solid, beautifully painted and does the job. Highly recommend.

Cardinals were my Mom's favorite bird, and this color scheme happened to match an antique lamp that she loved. When I saw it, I knew it was the right answer for us. If you are reading urn reviews, this probably is a tough time in your life. Don't let the funeral home pressure you into spending hundreds or thousands on their container. This urn is beautiful, and it gets the job done without breaking the bank. The one thing that bothers me is that the picture doesn't line up on the back. Imagine that the cardinal image is printed out and wrapped around, there is a very obvious place where it meets on the back. If this will be displayed against a wall, then it doesn't matter. If you want to put it in a place where the back will be visible, you may want to keep looking for another option. I'm a little OCD, but this wasn't a deal breaker, as the rest of it checked so many boxes for me.
