I’m 6’2 and 220lbs so I would say a “big and tall” chair is a must. This chair is definitely an upgrade from my office chair I’ve had since 2018. It’s almost like a culture shock getting used to being able to tilt/recline so far back while still being well balanced, having a foot rest, and adjustable arm rests. The manual was straight forward and the quality is better than expected for the price (I bought it during prime day). The only thing I feel is worth critiquing is the seat bolsters on each side. For me, it’s not too much of an issue but “big and tall” means just that, there’s bigger people out there than me, and I would say this chair isn’t for the big, tall, AND wide. Cushions and the support add ons are a major plus, I had spinal fusion last October and this chair accommodates that very well. ... show more

Ordered on February 12, 2025 chair still in great shape but the hydrolic pistons no longer can hold my weight. I am no where near the 350lb and seems to hold up my kids and wife just fine but they all are under 100 lb. wonder if i can replace the piston?

    • A chair worth it's salt
So I hadn't bought this chair from Amazon, I had gotten it second hand off of offer up, but what I can say about it is I've thoroughly enjoyed this chair. I've had it for almost 2 years now and so far the issues I've had were the gas cylinder is going down on its own which can be annoying, and the leather is starting to come off of the seat, exposing the under cover, and the armrests lost their cushion after about 4 months. But aside from that, I practically live in this chair due to my WFH job and gaming, it has served me well and I would love to get another one could I afford to. I hadn't called customer support for it yet since I don't have warranty for it but what I can say is this chair has helped me through a variety of issues and withstood the test of time.
