The stereo works well he connected all the wires easily & the instructions were clear, we did have to buy an adapter but it’s because of the amp he has, it’s touch screen doesn’t lag & works smoothly & sounds loud. His phone automatically connects when we turn on the truck & connects quickly doesn’t power off like the old one he had. This double din stereo was a great upgrade. The 7” touchscreen is clear and easy to use, and installation was pretty simple. Wireless Apple CarPlay Auto connect fast and work smoothly, which makes driving much more convenient. Bluetooth calls are clear, and the sound quality is way better than my old stereo. Overall, it works great and feels like a solid value. Definitely recommend!

It kind of worked for my 2006 Prius for a few days. I found that I had to disconnect the microphone that came with, it was using the factory microphone as well. That made the call Quality a little better, but then the Android auto decided it just didn't want to work anymore. After doing a hard reset and trying everything I could I finally gave up on the unit. It was very laggy as well just so you know. Ended up ripping it out and going with the name brand for a few hundred dollars more that works way better and does what I needed to do consistently.

We recently bought this car stereo, and my husband installed it right away. Honestly, I’m not very tech-savvy, but I got it as a gift for him because the most important thing for him was having CarPlay. With this feature, everything works just the way he wanted — he can easily connect his phone, use maps, music, and other apps directly on the screen.I also really liked the screen — it’s bright, with rich colors and a clear picture that doesn’t glare. My husband mentioned that it also supports Android Auto and MirrorLink, plus Bluetooth, AUX, and radio, so there are plenty of connection options. Installation was easy since it’s a standard Double DIN size and fit well in the car. The quality is also very good: it works reliably and the sound is great. My husband is happy, and that’s the most important thing for me. Overall, I’d say this stereo is excellent for the price. It’s very convenient and modern, and now using the phone on the road has become much easier and safer

Customer service was able to assist me with some issues I was having with the unit. Once resolved it works decently well. I was having issues with unexplained pausing due to freezing. This was resolved with a firmware update. The star off is only because I think people need to know what they're getting into when they buy this. I have a ford e350 super duty that came with an aux port. Long story short, I had to bypass the acc to the 12v, put that on a switch, make a dash modification to add the switch, and patch two cables with a 120ohm resistor to make this work. The install was incidentally a nightmare, but that's no fault of this unit. What is a problem is the fact that it also needed weird unexplained extra steps (the firmware update) not included in the user manual work to make this work that I think earns this unit a slightly poorer review. Overall, the unit is kind of a "you get what you pay for" item as far as functionality goes as well. The processor is not very fast. Lots of interesting features, but not always the best implementation of them for example. Otherwise it's alright!
