I liked the training aid and feel that it has certainly helped my timing, flexibility and is an excellent way to warm up and stretch before starting a round. I do not like the training grip that came with this unit, so i will be taking it to Golf Galaxy and finding a midsized grip to replace it. The training grip is small for me and I wear a Men's Cadet Medium glove. I have definitely noticed an improvement with my swing, as the path is now more inside and I find that I shallow the club more consistently. I am 67 and had laid off for many years due to life and some health issues, and now in retirement am getting back into the game. So far I am pleased with my progress using this Asyxstar trainer, but with the standard grip.

Picked this trainer since it was somewhat cheaper and had a molded grip. I am still working on creating a more neutral grip and this lines up for that. The weight and flex is fine and hopefully will help with my tempo. Haven't been able to test that on the range or course since it's been too cold and snowy in our area. The main gripe I have is the grip size. I do not have large hands (no snide comments please) and wear a cadet size glove. However, this grip is still a bit small for me. If you have bigger hands I would choose another option. Otherwise it works just fine.
