All in all, it was a cute little fireplace device to sit in a window or on a ledge. The heating aspect of it was really nice and we didn't find the noise to be obtrusive at all. This product is so cute and it gives off a lot of heat! I like that the heat and fire are controlled separately so you can have them both on or just the fire. I only gave it 4 stars because when I turn the heat on it's noisy because a screw is missing from the back and it rattles. I tried to fix it but the hole is just fiberboard and I can't get a screw to fit. ... show more
