Someone posted that these pans stained easily and couldn't get them clean. I have not found that to be the case. There’s a discrepancy in the listing regarding the weight of this set. Under the Product Specifications is states: Item Weight: ‎11.7 pound But from product description it states: …weight: 15.95 pounds I believe THIS ONE IS CORRECT! The shipping weight on my label (which included the Amazon Box shipped in) is 17.8 pounds. Therefore, the set feels more substantial than I expected at 11.7 pounds. ... show more

Definitely loving the stainless aspect of owning these. I have been trying recipes where I have to brown and sear things and the pan always comes out as clean as when I got it out the box.
