  • Great quality
This toilet arrived in perfect condition as we did not experience any of the damage that others had with shipping, etc. Watched a video that toilet replacement would be a 15–20-minute job but that's for situations where you have no doors, no cabinets, etc. :) Toilet installed just fine, works great. Major problem was getting bolts to line up with small holes as you place toilet. This was an exact replacement for our broken 321(flush ball broken on old toilet) but feels a bit different in size somehow - seat seems more elongated. Very minuscule but expected exact footprint as we replaced same model. This is very high-quality ceramic bowl. It looks great and would highly recommend. Comes with bolts/washers. Flange seal is already in place. You just need to bring your tools. ... show more

  • Worth every penny

I was reluctant to spend so much on a toilet, but have zero regrets. Easy to install, works like a dream, high quality and perfect seal. Also I love the forethought put into future serviceability.

  • Porcelain Bowl. Perfect
Color: White Size: Standard Height Style: Toilet
Package arrived packaged heavily. Easy to install. Do yourself a favor and buy the spray nozzle and valve not sold with the toilet. This allows for super easy cleaning. I also used a stainless steel valve from ace hardware and stainless flexible hose to attach the water supply. Very nice Home Type toilet upgrade. High quality ... show more

  • Needs Improvement
Color: White Size: Standard Height Style: Toilet
I have purchased this toilet twice for my bus conversion. I like the elongated ceramic bowl, the, the size, and the seat. So far I have had no issues with the water valve either. It is a decent toilet from that perspective. Despite the good I should give it zero stars, but RV products in general have lowered my expectations of quality. My first toilet had a similar issue to what others have reported. The pedestal is held to the bowl with 4 machine screws. The screws thread into nylon inserts that are in holes in the bottom of the bowl. On my first one, at least one of the nylon inserts failed. It wasn't completely loose but the toilet started creaking when used. What I didnt realize is that it compromised the seal between the pedestal and bowl allowing sewage to leak into the pedestal. The sewage collected there until it started leaking onto the floor. At first I just noticed the smell, but I run my exhaust fans almost constantly so it wasn't very noticeable. Once I noticed it, I pulled the toilet to find the subfloor soaked with sewage. It was then I realized the pedestal was full as well as I spilled it all over myself when removing the toilet. In my opinion it is a poor design and from what I have seen dometic doesn't care to fix it. The seal design between the bowl and pedestal is insufficient and is prone to fail over time. I have seen others note as well that the inserts are not offered by Dometic, and they are prone to break if the pedestal and bowl are disassembled. I bought the toilet a second time because it doesn't seem like there are many good reviews on competitive toilets in this price range. With my second toilet I immediately violated the warranty and disassembled it. I added generous amounts of silicone to the seal between the bowl and pedestal and replaced the nylon inserts with a form of steel anchor. I don't recommend that anyone do this as it is difficult to reassemble correctly so that it still holds water and does not leak sewage. So far it is holding up. When it fails I will not buy this toilet again. I wouldnt recommend it to others. ... show more

  • A great purchase
Color: White Size: Standard Height Style: Toilet
My husband and I fixed up a camper to live in and this made it feel more like real bathroom with a real toilet. It fit perfectly in our camper. The height and sturdiness made it more like a real toilet than a camper. The flushing was still with your foot but functional. It closed off pretty well to help with the smell except in the hot summer heat. But we definitely were happy with this purchase. ... show more

  • Just like a residential toilet
Color: White Size: Standard Height Style: Toilet
I replaced my original Thetford toilet (I think Aqua Magic Style 2) because it was a little small, had plastic seats and the seal on the bowl stopped working right. I tried to lubricate the seal and even replaced it, but those options did not help. So I chose the next normal option and just replaced the whole thing! The 320 is much nicer. It is really a normal residential toilet without the holding tank. It was simple to install, easier than a residential toilet but just because there isn't a holding tank. I did have an unforeseen issue, the PEX water line did not line up with the new toilet, but the line is flexible and just needed some finessing to line up to the new toilet. Since the toilet is porcelain and the seats are solid, it is much more comfortable than my Thetford toilet was, mainly because of the upgrade from plastic seats. I do have a couple issues with the toilet, but not enough to want a different type. If you do a lot of searching for an RV toilet like I did, you will likely find a video of this toilet flushing. The video I saw will show water running from around the entire bowl to flush. Mine does not do this, but it could be a water pressure issue. My second issue is with water sitting in the bowl. A small amount fills the bottom after flushed and the toilet colors (gets dirty from water) quickly. After the first cleaning I have tried to remember to leave extra water, but that doesn't always happen. May just need to clean more often than usual or get a bleach tablet. Overall, very happy with the new toilet. ... show more
