This is a very decent printer for the price. Easy to set up. Bluetooth works perfectly from my iPhone! (Make sure you are specifically purchasing the Bluetooth model in order to use Bluetooth). It doesn’t print SUPER dark but that doesn’t bother me or seem to be an issue with the USPS. Very convenient to print directly to labels. Saves so much time! The only thing that I don’t love is the process to print, you have to go through the app. Not a huge deal, just a minor annoyance.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished printer but it works great. I wanted a Bluetooth compatible printer that would work with my phone because that’s all what I use for my small business. It’s environmentally friendly and it will literally pay for itself over time with the amount of money you save from not having to buy ink! Service after the sale is often more important than the sale itself! This supplier is EXCELLENT! My initial purchase had an intermittent issue printing properly. The replacement item was sent immediately upon the activated tracking of my return. I received a perfectly working replacement within 2 days and haven't had a problem since! Would definitely purchase again from this supplier based on their exceptional service after the sale!

The most amazing thing about this printer is that it is fully functional with my iPhone. It’s an economical version with Bluetooth, which isn’t well advertised. I had it up and running in minutes!

Printer requires that you download a special app to connect to the printer, unlike every other Bluetooth printer ever made. The app is no longer supported upgraded, so it isn't compatible with modern phone software. Ideally,nyounshould need to connect to the app each time you want to print a new label (that's already absurd) because it disconnects after each print. Then you need to download your shipping label as a PDF file, and upload it to the app, then print it, reconnect, and repeat for the next label. However, the app is no longer functional and will automatically disconnect from the printer if you move off of the connect screen, so you're automatically disconnected if you try to print anything, and the app then freezes. Quick search of the reviews on forums, YouTube, and the app, itself, indicate this is a problem which everyone has and has been there for a year now. As such, if you're considering this because it is Bluetooth capable, don't. Get a different printer. I can't say that the USB function works or does not work, because I haven't tried it. I purchased this for it's primary function - Bluetooth Printing, which is is incapable of.
