Its a very nice size- not one of those giant kettles that would have looked bulky on my countertop. The gooseneck is perfect. When I ruined my last stove kettle, I knew it was time for an electric one that would shut off automatically if I forget about it. But most of those are the same shape, and I really wanted a gooseneck spout for my coffee pour-overs. Which brought me to this guy! And so far it’s perfectly met my expectations. Heats up in a reasonable time, shuts off on its own, looks super cute. My only wish for improvement is that I wish the plastic on top was enamel like the rest of it. When the steam goes through the plastic vent it makes a bit of a heated plastic smell. I’m not really worried health-wise since that part doesn’t touch the inside water. But it’s ever-so-slightly unpleasant if you’re sensitive to scents and chemicals. ... show more
