06/06/25- the seller responded by offering me replacement parts. I agreed and parts were received in 2 shipments. Finally put bike together and was able to use it today! Feels like new! Recommend seller and bike. They were great about communicating with me directly thru email. Very grateful they take pride in their work and their product. Original review- Purchased in end of 2023- Loved it, was simple and basic but got the job done for me...and just now the pedal broke! :( midwkout!! Can I get replacement? Not sure.

The bike works as it should, I definitely enjoy the workout I get. I use it most days of the week for 1-1.5 hours each time. I'm a little concerned about the longevity of the bike though. The pedals are already rusty, and one of the pedal straps already broke. I'm not sure why it had more wear than the other pedal. The seat mount is also rusting. So, in conclusion, it is doing the job I expect it, but we will see how long it lasts. **edited 4/28/2025 The seller reached out to me after I added my review. I suppose I should have reached out to them sooner because they were gracious in addressing my concerns. They asked for pictures of the rust I described, and pleasantly, they offered to send me replacement pedals and the arms the pedals are mounted to. In about one week, the parts arrived as well as a handy wrench/socket tool that made the job quick. Replacing the parts took about 10 minutes. I am adding a star to my review because initially I was happy with the bike, with the one complaint. Now that the seller has taken the steps to address the issues, I am bumping this to 4 stars. Good customer service!

Eight months ago, I purchased the “DMASUN Exercise Bike, Indoor Cycling Bike Stationary, Cycle Bike with Comfortable Seat Cushion, Digital Display with Pulse” and have been using the bike every day until I had a crank arm issue. After some research, in March I emailed “dmasun8702.” I received a response apologizing for the issue I’ve experienced with the product. Offering a solution I was asked to take pictures to verify the wear in order to send parts if needed. The replacement parts arrived before time and were in perfect condition. Ms. Susie was very professional and responded quickly to resolve the issue. She continuously followed up to ensure that the process went smoothly. Ms. Susie went above and beyond providing replacement videos when installing the parts to avoid reoccurring crank wear issues. I am satisfied with my purchase, and I would highly recommend this product.

Got this for my husband and I for more cardio. It’s simple and straight forward. Compact enough as to not take up too much room in our living room. Quiet so we can watch tv so time goes by quickly.

Super easy to put together. One tip, for the front base bar put the bolts through the bottom and tape them in place, then tuen over and position the front of the bike over them and put the bolt caps on. The back base bar is easy enough to hold the bolts from underneath with one hand while you put the back of the bike over them and screw the caps on but the front of the bike is much heavier and hard to place with one hand. Other than that the bike is a BREEZE to put together. The main operating part is fully assembled. It feels incredibly sturdy and i am a large woman (hoping this bike will help work on that). Everything does what it is supposed to do. The seat is strong although not particularly comfy, but having rode many gym bikes at official gyms, it isnt out of the ordinary. Pay attention to the instructions to stop the wheel before getting off to avoid the pedals hitting you. The brake works and its a simple push to stop. At first i thought the monitor wasnt working. It only showed pulse reading nothing else. The instructions also said if readout was wrong to take out batteries (included... So nice) and put back in. That worked and all monitor functions work fine. Really love the bike and you can't beat the price.

This is a great bike for the price. I bought it to fit under my standing desk so I could pedal and work at the same time. The adjustments are cumbersome, but it's okay when they are in place. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who changes the height of the handlebars or seat often. Also, because I'm using this in a more upright position at a desk, the seat is nearly impossible to sit in for an extended time. I ended up ordering a much wider seat to replace what it came with. Also, one of the pedals will click, but that seems to go away if I switch the side my foot is resting on. I removed the pedal cradles (again because I'm using this as a desk bike). I like how the front has wheels so I can move it around pretty easily, and it is quiet (despite the occasional pedal clicking). It gets louder the higher the resistance. All in all, I'm happy with it for what I use it for.
