    • Not working after 8 months
After using this for 8 months one of the light turns on and off on its own every hour or so. And will no longer stay off. I have tried unplugging it for awhile to see if it will reset but no luck. So the lights are now useless. Cannot find any customer service for help. Would not buy again a waste of money ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I wanted 4 mini spotlights to shine on the floating shelf plants in my office, and was hoping two 2-packs of these could be controlled by one remote. They can. After plugging each one in, you can turn it off and on a few times with the remote to sync it with the group. Then all commands from the remote affect all 4+ of them at the same time. Not sure how many you could add, or what the range would be in a larger room. The white cords are clean and unobtrusive, I nailed them to the wall up against white trim, and you barely notice them. The cords could be longer, for situations where you are mounting them up high like this. The lights themselves provide good quality light and nice ambience, with a good range of brightness and tone on the remote. I'm going to mount one remote on the wall with velcro so I don't lose it, and save the extra remote from the second set in a drawer. Good quality and value for the cost. ... show more

    • Worked perfect for 10 months
Sounds like my 2 spotlights came from the same "lot" as those of another reviewer. I bought them last July. Both worked great until last week when, nearly 10 months to the day I started using them, one stopped working completely. They were backlighting for a stained glass window of ours. We used them for about 4 hours a night. We never moved them around, they just sat in their same two spots. As the other reviewer said, they were lightly used (pun intended for me). After reading another review, it seems like it will be just about useless to try to contact customer service. So, if you'd like a pair of spotlights that work great for more than 10 months, you may want to look at other options. ... show more

    • Lamp control not turning one lamp off after less than a year.
Love these lamps and their many settings for washing my art work on the walls of my Bonus Room/Media Room. Can adjust for a soft light that does not reflect on my big screen. After less than a year, I am having difficulty with the remote turning off one of the lamps. It would appear to be the sensor in the one lamp. I really, really like this set. They use a plug so you don't have to keep changing out batteries. Has different levels of brightness and can have a warm yellow color like for evenings or a blue white color for afternoons. Plus you can put a timer on them for how long they stay on.
