    • Great Product But Faulty
I’ve purchased 2 sets of white spots. They look great where placed-like the color temp ranges. The problem is that one set randomly shuts off independently of the others. Did this for a few months now it’s completely off but flicks on briefly when plugged in.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted 4 mini spotlights to shine on the floating shelf plants in my office, and was hoping two 2-packs of these could be controlled by one remote. They can. After plugging each one in, you can turn it off and on a few times with the remote to sync it with the group. Then all commands from the remote affect all 4+ of them at the same time. Not sure how many you could add, or what the range would be in a larger room. The white cords are clean and unobtrusive, I nailed them to the wall up against white trim, and you barely notice them. The cords could be longer, for situations where you are mounting them up high like this. The lights themselves provide good quality light and nice ambience, with a good range of brightness and tone on the remote. I'm going to mount one remote on the wall with velcro so I don't lose it, and save the extra remote from the second set in a drawer. Good quality and value for the cost. ... show more

One of the lights completely failed. Lightly used - no pun intended. Approximately 10 months old when the failure occurred. Considering their cost, they should last much longer...

    • Great Design; Unfortunate Execution
These spotlights check all the boxes in way of design: small footprint, great maneuverability, and dimmable. However, they are basically a disposable product. The bulbs cannot be changed and if the remote is lost, broken, or malfunctions, the lights are useless. One of mine was stuck on the 2 hour shutoff function and I could not reset it so had to return them. I would be willing to pay $10 more for the same unit with no remote, changeable bulbs, and a dimmer switch on the cord. ... show more

    • Sporadic and Unreliable
We purchased these lights at the end of March 2024. It is now the beginning of September 2024. The lights functioned fine for the first couple of months, but, over the last two months or so, they have started having issues. They will turn themselves on randomly and won't turn off. They will change colors randomly and won't change back when we use the remote. They do not consistently respond to the remote at all. They might be possessed. Otherwise, they're great. UPDATE: The functioning of the lights has continued to devolve in spite of going through all troubleshooting steps multiple times. We have contacted Amazon to try to reach the seller - to no avail, and we cannot seem to locate seller contact information anywhere. There is seemingly no customer support.
