Strapped and bubble wrapped for great protection. I put it in a 1999 Voyager; had I known better, I would've gotten the 84" version. Took me about 1.5 hours total to unpack, get organized, put it together, and install it.

This luggage rack looks great, and I'm impressed by its apparent sturdiness out of the box. Assembly is simple (it took longer to remove the protective bubble wrap and tape than to put it together). However, three of the knobs (called "plum nuts" by the instructions) that secure the cargo basket to the car's roof rack do not fit the provided U-bolts, meaning the included parts cannot secure the cargo basket to my car. No extras are provided. This product is unusable out of the box. (Unless I spend time to locate replacement parts and additional money to make it work.) From the item's description: "Customer is top priority. If you have any questions or need clarification about the cargo carrier luggage rack, please contact us, and our support team is on standby for you." However, there is no means to contact the company in the instructions, in the DEXSO Store on Amazon, or on the DEXSO web site (under construction). Therefore, customer support is non-existent. If you purchase, I suggest you check the fit of these U-bolts and the plum nuts (knobs) before spending time on the rest of assembly.
